50-Yard Line Lounge highlights food and beverage enhancements at Football spring game

One of the premier culinary destinations in the country, Austin knows how to celebrate food. Fans attending the Texas Football Orange-White Game presented by Living Spaces on Saturday, April 13 have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of food and beverage options including seven food trucks, "fan first" concessions pricing, pregame happy hour options, and the 50-Yard Line Lounge.
The 50-Yard Line Lounge, located on the ninth floor of Bellmont Hall on the west side of Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium, serves up craft cocktails and food beginning at 3 p.m. with the opening of Bevo Blvd. It provides the perfect opportunity for fans to watch the game with stunning views from an air-conditioned space with club amenities. To access the 50-Yard Line Lounge, enter Gates 4 or 5 and take the elevators to the ninth floor and enter the Carpenter-Winkel Centennial Suite. Admission to the 50-Yard Line Lounge is FREE; space is subject to capacity.
Among the specialty drinks available in the 50-Yard Line Lounge are the Burnt Orange Paloma, Whiskey Smash, Sailor Jerry DKR Lemonade, and the Tito's Playmaker Mule. A 'Texas Tailgater' slider bar serves up Walhalla Valley Texas Wagyu Beef Sliders, 1883 Burnt Orange Pork Sliders, and Mini All Beef Franks. A variety of beer and wine options also are available.
Fans attending Bevo Blvd. from 3-6:15 p.m. have plenty to choose from. Confirmed food trucks include Amy's Ice Cream, Chick-fil-A, Evil Weiner, Four Brothers Venezuelan Food, Garbo's Lobster Rolls, SLAB BBQ, and Southside Pizza*. Enjoy happy hour pricing** on Bevo Blvd. and at Longhorn City Limits including $5 16-oz. domestic beers, $6 16-oz. premium beers and $5 wine spritzers.
Once inside the stadium, fans can take advantage of the "fan first" menu on 10 of the most popular gameday concessions items at select concessions stands.
The Texas Football Orange-White Game presented by Living Spaces is part of 'Made in Austin Weekend' April 12-14 on The University of Texas campus.
