Softball Fan Guide
ADA Accommodations
- Only service dogs are permitted inside Red & Charline McCombs Field. Any other type of animal is not permitted. The service dog should be wearing identifiable attire and be harnessed or tethered in some fashion. An emotional support animal is permitted on campus grounds and to accompany an individual into his or her University assigned residence in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. However, a support animal is not allowed to accompany the individual into his or her residential dining center or into any other University building. - ADA parking is available on a first come, first served basis in designated spaces within East Campus Garage. A person with ADA placard or license plate MUST be in the vehicle. ADA spaces are limited and not guaranteed.
- Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are located throughout the facility.
- Seating: ADA entrances are located at Gates 2 (suite holders), 3, 4, and 6. For any questions concerning seating availability, call the Ticket Sales and Services at 512-471-3333.

Alcohol
Only outside food and beverage items purchased at designated concessions locations will be permitted to take inside and outside of McCombs Field. These items will be marked upon purchase. No other outside food or beverage may be brought inside.
Arrival, Gate Entry, and Pedestrian Traffic Flow
Clear Bag Policy: A clear bag policy is in effect to enhance existing security measures and expedite stadium entry at Texas Athletics events on the Forty Acres.
Approved bags include:
• Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
• One-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bags
• Small clutch bags or purses do not have to be clear but cannot exceed 4.5" x 6.5".
Prohibited bags include:
• Purses
• Diaper bags*
• Cases (camera, binocular, etc.)
• Backpacks
• Printed pattern plastic bags
• Reusable grocery totes
• Mesh or straw bags
• Duffle bags
• Large totes
*Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be put into a clear plastic bag for stadium entry.
ATM and Cash-to-Card Kiosks
- There are no ATMs located inside Red & Charline McCombs Field
- All transactions for concessions, merchandise, and parking at Red & Charline McCombs Field will be contactless and cashless (credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards only).
- Cash-to-Card Kiosks have been added to the third base side of the concourse for fans that do not have credit cards or mobile wallets. Cash-to-Card Kiosks allow fans to exchange cash for Visa® prepaid cards that can be used anywhere that credit and debit cards are accepted (both inside and outside of Red & Charline McCombs Field).
Automotive Assistance
Before, during and after the game, contact the UT Police Department at 512-471-4441 for dead battery and locked car assistance.
Autographs
Autograph dates will be finalized at a later date. For all other autographed item requests, please refer to the Texas Athletics autograph policy.
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are available in the public restrooms at Red & Charline McCombs Field.
Bag Searches (see also Prohibited items and Clear Bag Policy)
Only small personal bags (purses, baby or diaper bags, etc.) will be permitted inside Red & Charline McCombs Field and are subject to search at all entrances. Please leave all unnecessary items in your vehicle or at home. Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or discarded. Staff may not store or hold items for you until postgame. Patrons who refuse to allow visual inspections of contents of bags or purses will be denied entry into the facility.
The Big Ticket
The Big Ticket is the exclusive UT student season ticket package offering UT students access to regular season Texas Softball games, as well as all other ticketed sports. Visit TexasLonghorns.com/BigTicket for more information.
Binoculars
Binoculars are permitted in the facility, subject to inspection at all entrances. Case must comply with our clear bag policy.
Box Office
Tickets can be purchased online at texaslonghorns.com/tickets. Ticket resolution assistance will be available near the gates outside the stadium.

- Radio: Listen to Texas Softball games on AM 1300 The Zone in the Austin area. Outside of Austin, listen on these Longhorn IMG Radio Network affiliate stations.

Cameras/Video Cameras
Cameras, other than professional cameras with detachable lenses, are allowed in the facility (lenses must be 10 inches or less). No tripods are allowed. No flash photography is allowed. Video cameras are not permitted inside the facility.
Child Ticketing Policy
Children under the age of two do not require a ticket as long as the child is held and does not take up a seat.
Clear Bag Policy
A clear bag policy is in effect at all Texas Athletics venues on the Forty Acres.

Texas Athletics is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all fans, staff, players and coaches. To help us provide this first-class environment, we ask that all patrons and attendees follow these guidelines:
- Contribute to making the environment of Texas Athletics the very best by upholding the spirit of collegiate athletics.
- Ensure all fans are treated in a consistent, professional and polite way by all staff and team personnel.
- Support our teams in a positive manner while treating visiting fans, teams and officials with dignity and respect.
- Promote an environment that minimizes disruption, creates a safe atmosphere for all, prevents interference with the game and ensures the enjoyment of the game for everyone.
- Refrain from using foul or abusive language or inappropriate gestures or attire.
- Be responsible when consuming alcoholic beverages. Impairment, intoxication, underage consumption and unruly behavior will be addressed immediately.
- Sit only in the seat designated on your ticket and be prepared to present the ticket, if requested.
- Acknowledge that The University of Texas at Austin is a tobacco-free campus, including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.
- Comply with emergency messages, emergency procedures and requests from staff concerning the facility and gameday operations.

Sportsmanship Policy: Texas Athletics and the SEC value sportsmanship, both on and off the field and in the stands. Texas is committed to providing a safe environment for all student-athletes, coaches and officials and a fun, entertaining atmosphere for all fans, free from disorderly behavior, including foul, sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, obscene or abusive language or gestures. Any spectators creating an unsafe environment or who interferes with the game by coming onto the court at any time will be removed from the facility.
Refusal to adhere to the Code of Conduct and Sportsmanship Statement may result in ejection from the facility, without refund. Violation of laws or city ordinances may result in arrest and prosecution. Please report any issues concerning this Code of Conduct to the closest Event Staff personnel.

Contactless Transactions
All transactions for concessions, merchandise, and parking at Red & Charline McCombs Field will be contactless and cashless (credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards only).
The Cash-to-Card Kiosk is located on the first base concourse near the ATM machine.
Donation Requests
Requests for autographed items for nonprofit/charitable purposes must be submitted to Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop. For more information, please refer to the Texas Athletics Autographed Items/Donation Requests Policy.

Elevator
The elevator located on the concourse does not access seating areas and is not for use by the general public. ADA access to seating areas is via the first base ramp.
Emergency
For any emergency at Red & Charline McCombs Field, including medical emergencies, notify the nearest event staff or police officer.
Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, listen for instructions from the public address announcer; stadium ushers and law enforcement will direct you to the closest safe exit. Assist other patrons who may need your assistance. All exits and emergency exits are in the stadium are clearly marked.

- To ride the shuttle to the stadium, look for our clearly labeled golf carts. Attract the attention of the driver, who will be happy to come pick you up. Pregame shuttles run one hour prior to first pitch through the first inning.
- To ride the shuttle away from the stadium, locate labeled golf carts in the waiting area outside the first and third base gates. Postgame shuttles run from approximately the middle of the 5th inning until 30 minutes after the game ends.
First Aid/EMS
Emergency Medical Services from St. David’s HealthCare are stationed at the bottom of section 102. If you are in need of medical attention, please visit the EMS team, or notify the nearest usher or police officer. Ushers are trained to call for immediate response and assistance in emergency situations.
Game Dates and Times
Texas Softball game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or time change should occur, the information will be immediately posted on texaslonghorns.com, on Twitter @TexasSoftball, and communicated through the local media.
Gates Open
For the general public, gates open 60 minutes prior to the first pitch.
Inclement Weather
Inclement weather may cause Texas Athletics to make schedule changes to softball games throughout the season
Rescheduled Game
If a regular season games date or time is changed due to inclement weather, season ticket holders may use their original ticket for the rescheduled game. Season ticket holders that have transferred or sold their tickets for a rescheduled game do not retain rights to those tickets and may not attend the rescheduled game.
A single game ticket holder may use their ticket for the rescheduled game, or may exchange their ticket for another regular season game based on availability. Single game tickets purchased through a 3rd party should contact the seller to resolve ticket issues.
Canceled Game
If a regular season games is canceled due to inclement weather, season ticket holders may exchange their ticket for another regular season game based on availability. Season ticket holders that have transferred or sold their tickets for a canceled game do not retain rights to those tickets and may not exchange for another regular season game.
A single game ticket holder may exchange their ticket for another regular season game based on availability. Single game tickets purchased through a 3rd party should contact the seller to resolve ticket issues.
In-Game Enhancements
Any items that fans wish to bring into McCombs Field that are designed to enhance the gameday atmosphere, are reviewed by staff upon entering the building. Items restricting line of sight, or containing foul language, negative comments, and/or content that is otherwise deemed inappropriate, are not permitted.
Learfield IMG College/Longhorn Sports Properties
Learfield IMG College is Texas Athletics' multimedia rights vendor, which does business in Austin as Longhorn Sports Properties (LSP). LSP produces and delivers conventional over-the-air radio, with Austin Radio Network's affiliate 104.9 FM "The Horn" serving as flagship station. LSP also represents all corporate sponsorship sales for Texas Athletics, including those elements appearing in signage, gameday publications, consumer and retail promotions, and video. Lost and Found
During the game, lost items can be reported to Fan Services and/or Event Staff. Items are held until after a series is completed, held by Fan Services, and then transferred to UTPD (512-471-4441).
Lost Children
Lost children should be reported to the nearest usher.

Season ticket holders will access tickets through the Texas Longhorns App supports on Apple and Android devices, and available for download via the App Store and Google Play. Tickets will also be available to download and store on your digital wallets.
To expedite entry and ensure the best possible gameday experience, fans should download their tickets prior to arrival and enter through the gate shown on their mobile ticket.
Noisemakers
The SEC and NCAA rules prohibit artificial noisemakers from being brought inside the stadium. This includes, but is not limited to, all horns (including air horns), cow bells and whistles. Prohibited items will be confiscated.
Parking
Season Ticket Holder Permit Parking
Longhorn Foundation members with Softball season tickets who make a minimum donation of $200 annually are eligible to purchase parking. For information regarding access to priority Longhorn Foundation parking, visit our parking guide here.
The number of parking permits is determined by Annual Fund gift. Additional parking after priority assignment is subject to availability. If available, these will be filled in Loyalty Points order. Mobile parking permits are valid in Lot 115 on the east side of Red and Charline McCombs Field or in East Campus Garage (ECG) subject to availability. On gamedays, Lot 115 permit holders may enter the lot from either 20th St. or 21st St. Please note entry will not be available from Leona St. For ECG access, all fans must enter from Comal St.
Orders/Allocation
Parking is ordered during the renewal period, allocated after the priority deadline based on Loyalty Points ranking, and is subject to availability.
Texas Softball parking has gone mobile!
Download Your Mobile Parking Pass
Log into your account at texaslonghorns.com/myaccount to download your mobile parking pass to your smartphone's digital wallet. This is the same process as downloading your mobile game ticket. You can also transfer your parking pass once logged into your account.
To expedite entry and ensure the best possible gameday experience, fans should download their mobile game tickets AND mobile parking pass prior to leaving for the game.
Use Your Mobile Parking Pass
- Step 1: Open your mobile parking pass as you approach your lot or garage.
- Step 2: Scan your pass using the scanner at the entry gate and you’re in!
Transfer Your Mobile Parking Pass
- Step 1: Sign into your account at texaslonghorns.com/myaccount using your email address and password associated with your mobile parking pass.
- Step 2: Select the event you wish to transfer your parking pass and select "Transfer".
- Step 3: Enter the mobile number or email address of the recipient you wish to transfer your parking pass to and tap "Review Transfer" to proceed.
- Step 4: If everything looks good, select “Transfer” and you’re all set. Parking pass will be sent directly to your recipients’ phone number(s).
*If the recipient(s) does not already have a texaslonghorns.com ticket account, they will need to create one to accept their mobile parking pass.
Single-Game Parking
Fans who need to purchase Softball single-game parking in East Campus Garage can do so online through the University of Texas Parking and Transportation Services website. Purchase online in advance here by selecting Red & Charline McCombs Field and which games you would like to purchase parking. Note that single-game parking will not be available in East Campus Garage for select dates when both Baseball and Softball have home games.

- Artificial noisemakers (bells, horns, kazoos, whistles, etc.)
- These items can cause distractions for participants and officials in the game.
- Non-clear bags and clear bags larger than 12" x 6" x 12" (See Clear Bag Policy)
- Brooms, banners, flags, flag poles, signs, umbrellas, etc.
- Cameras with detachable lenses greater than 10", video cameras and tripods
- Coolers
- Explosive and flammable materials, disabling chemicals and other dangerous items
- Food
- Snacks needed for medical purposes are allowed.
- No other outside food is permitted.
- Water: One sealed (soft plastic) bottle of water (up to one liter) is permitted. No other outside beverages or beverage containers are permitted (including Yeti or similar products)
- Free water fountains are available to refill.
- Should you need water or hydration support, our St. David’s EMS partners can assist you.
- Items deemed a safety hazard or annoyance (Frisbees, balloons, projectiles, laser pointers, fireworks, firearms, weapons, etc.)
- Pets (except service dogs)

- Texas Athletics operates under the same rules and regulations as the UT Austin campus. As such, we only permit service dogs into our venues.

- The University of Texas became a tobacco-free campus in 2012. The use of any tobacco products -- including e-cigarettes and smokeless cigarettes/tobacco -- is prohibited in university buildings and on university grounds within the state of Texas, including parking areas and structures, sidewalks, walkways, and university-owned buildings.
- Weapons
- The Campus Carry law (S.B. 11) does not pertain to sporting events on campus. No weapons of any kind are permitted in Texas Athletics sporting events. For full details on Campus Carry, visit UTexas.edu.

Radios
Hand-held and pocket-sized portable radios are allowed in the facility. Please be considerate of other patrons and use an earpiece or headphones to listen to your radio.
Re-entry Policy
Patrons must have their ticket scanned out at the stadium exits in order to re-enter the facility.
Resale of Tickets
Rideshare Location
Fans who use rideshare options to travel to and from Red & Charline McCombs Field may use the use designated rideshare drop-off and pickup location on the northbound I-35 frontage road just north of MLK Blvd and just north of the East Campus Garage (ECG).
Scalpers and Ticket Brokers
Per University of Texas Regents' Rules (Chapter VI, Section 6): The resale of athletics tickets, for any amount of money, on a University of Texas property, constitutes solicitation and is strictly prohibited unless permitted as defined by the Regents' Rules and Regulations. Subjects found soliciting on University of Texas property can receive a criminal trespass warning and will be required to leave University of Texas property immediately or be subject to arrest for criminal trespass.

Security (also see Prohibited items)
- Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest-related problems should be reported to an usher or police officer immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the stadium, or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the stadium. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected patron is grounds for arrest.
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering the stadium, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against The University of Texas. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the stadium.
- To report an incident in your seating area, please notify the nearest usher, security guard or UT police officer at the entrance nearest to your seat. After the game, please email questions@athletics.utexas.edu with all gameday-related questions or concerns.
Smoking and Tobacco Policy
The University of Texas at Austin is a tobacco-free campus. This policy prohibits the use of any tobacco products on campus grounds, including parking areas, parking structures, lawns and sidewalks. All forms of tobacco including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco, are banned from campus.

Student Ticketing
The Big Ticket is the primary student ticket option for all full-time UT students. Big Ticket Holders are allowed entry into every Texas Softball home game on a first-come, first-served basis and should scan their physical UT student ID upon entry.
Students without the Big Ticket can read more about it and purchase it texaslonghorns.com/bigticket. Students without the Big Ticket that wish to attend a Texas Softball game can purchase by visiting texaslonghorns.com/tickets.

Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop
The Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop is the official team store of Texas Athletics and has three locations inside Red & Charline McCombs Field. The Dugout Store is located behind Home Plate on the concourse as well as two additional locations along the first base concourse and down the third base line.

Single game tickets for the Texas Softball season are available now. Ticket availability is subject to change.
