Online Seat and Parking Selection Process FAQs
Season ticket holders for Volleyball, Football, Men's Basketball, Women's Basketball and Baseball have the opportunity to take part in an online season ticket and parking selection process. During this online process, you may view upgrade opportunities online by logging in to a virtual stadium or arena. From the online venue, you can move or upgrade seat locations as well as select available parking.
The online process is simple, user-friendly, open, and transparent — a benefit to all season ticket holders. This system allows you to:
- Add additional season tickets
- Move and/or upgrade existing seats
- Select seats for previously purchased season tickets
- Select and purchase parking
Softball season ticket holders make selections during a season ticket holder upgrade process.
WHO CAN USE THE ONLINE SEASON TICKET AND PARKING SELECTION PROCESS?
Season ticket holders who renew by the deadline retain their same seats from the previous season and have the option to move or upgrade their seat locations with the online process.
Donors on the waitlist who qualify for seat selection have the option to select their seat locations during the online process.
Selection times are sorted by Longhorn Foundation Ranking.
More information on timing will be communicated through email to appropriate season ticket holders and donors for Football, Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Baseball, Softball and Volleyball seat selections.
HOW DO I USE THE ONLINE SEASON TICKET AND PARKING SELECTION PROCESS?
You will receive an email detailing your selection time. Follow the step-by-step instructions during your selection time.
- Volleyball season ticket holders may log in to the Gregory Gymnasium virtual venue to get familiar with the online system.
- The Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium virtual venue is available each spring for Football season ticket holders.
- The Moody Center virtual venue will is available each spring for Men's and Women's Basketball season ticket holders.
- The UFCU Disch-Falk Field virtual venue is available each fall for Baseball.

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 – Log in: At the start time listed in your email, login to www.TexasLonghorns.com/MyAccount and click the “Virtual Venue” link. On the next screen you will see your season ticket locations eligible for relocation.
Step 2 – Select season ticket locations: On the next screen you will see the Interactive Seat Map that displays all available locations. Sections with available seats are highlighted in green. To view seats available in a particular section, simply click on that section and the map will zoom in revealing colored dots which represent available seats. Positioning your mouse over a particular dot will show the exact section, row and seat number, and cost. You may also click the camera icon for a 3D view from the location.
To select your new seats, click directly on the dots. Selecting new locations that leave a single seat is not permitted. Once you select new seats, a summary of your selection will appear in your shopping cart, along with the upgrade/downgrade cost if you've selected a higher or lower priced seating category. If you are satisfied with the selected seats, click CONTINUE to move on to your parking selection. (Note that SEATS ARE NOT SECURED UNTIL YOU'VE REACHED THE CONFIRMATION PAGE.)
Step 3 – Select Parking: Once you click continue, you will be taken to the parking map. Based on your Loyalty Points and inventory, lots with available spaces are highlighted in green. The process is similar to selecting your seat locations; position your mouse over the available garages to see the number of spaces available and the cost. Click directly on the garage to add it to your shopping cart. To move on, click CONTINUE to the review page.
Step 4 – Review your account: On the next screen a summary of your current seats, new seats, and selected parking will appear, along with the amount due upon checkout (if applicable). If you are only relocating your current seats, you will need to uncheck the boxes on the left to release your other locations. Once satisfied, click APPROVE SELECTION to be taken to the confirmation page.
Step 5 – Confirm changes: This page will be a final confirmation of all the changes to your account. Please review it carefully before clicking CONFIRM SELECTION. Once you have completed the checkout process, your original seat locations will no longer be available.
Step 6 – Proceed to payment: If your changes require a payment, click PROCEED TO PAYMENT. You will be taken from the virtual venue to your Texas Athletics account. Once your account payment is finalized, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.
All transactions for new or upgraded seats or parking selections must be paid in full at this time unless a pay plan option is available. Previously established payment plans for season ticket renewals or new orders are not affected.
