Entry Information
ATTENTION ALL COACHES:
To help you navigate traffic around Mike A. Myers Stadium…
- Essential Team Buses/vehicles can drop off by Mike A. Myers Stadium
- Please enter @ Dean Keeton (I-35 Exit # 236A) to Red River to avoid congestion and proceed south to LBJ Lot 38
- Team buses can then go park in Lot 115 (see map)
- Teams/guests….per traffic, we encourage you to purchase parking in East Campus Garage (which is also valid in the highlighted east (green) lots indicated on the map.
- Pedestrian paths from the east lots are listed on the map.
- Please use https://utparking.clickandpark.com/ to acquire individual parking
MISCELLANEOUS MEET PROTOCOLS
- Access to the Timing Bunker at the North end of the track is restricted to essential personnel ONLY. Any meet management/entry questions or concerns will need to be taken to the Clerk of the Course at the South end of the stadium.
- In the event of protests, coaches may proceed to the top of the timing bunker and requesting access to the Meet Director/Meet Referee(s) to review.
- See meet map/materials for designated coaching boxes / viewing areas.
- Practices:
- Wednesday 3/29 practice requests: shakeout/practice requests at Mike A. Myers Stadium (4:30-7 p.m. CT) will be managed based upon availability. Practice availability will be limited and all teams are not guaranteed access per safety protocols. Please email texarelays@athletics.utexas.edu if you are interested in shaking out. **Wednesday-Saturday practices will be conducted in the warm-up area @ Darrell K Royal- Texas Memorial Stadium. Exception: Multi-Event athletes will be permitted to warm-up on the track prior to the start of the multi-events each day (with no other events being in the facility/on the track at that time)
- Wednesday-Saturday 3/29-4/1: Practices are not permitted in Darrell K Royal – Texas Memorial Stadium for athletes not competing (schools will be issued wristbands for athletes to enter the warm-up and competition areas for each day that they are competing). If they are not competing, they will not be issued a wristband for access into the facilities (per our meet policies and procedures).

CLEAR BAG POLICY
Please note a clear bag policy is in effect for ALL Texas Athletics venues, including Mike A. Myers Stadium during the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. All bags larger than 4.5" x 6.5", including purses and diaper bags, must be clear plastic and no larger than 12" x 6" x 12". For more details, please visit TexasSports.com/clearbag.
