Scholarship Recipient Form
Former Neighborhood Longhorns Program students who earned a scholarship award and are a senior in high school, should complete this online form by June 30 of your graduation year. Our office will confirm your eligibility and contact you to go over the process for award distribution.
Scholarship funds are eligible for distribution when a student graduates from high school and enrolls in an institution of higher learning. If a student attends The University of Texas at Austin, the Neighborhood Longhorns Program will match the amount earned through the scholarship program.
