One of the top all-around players in Texas history ... four-year starter who saw action at the small forward and two-guard spots throughout his career ... former McDonald's All-American who played in 120 career games (seventh in UT history), making 107 starts (tied for fifth at UT) ... finished his UT career ranked on several school career top 10 lists: seventh in scoring (1,592 points), fourth in rebounds (771), second in steals (239) and tied for fourth in blocks (101) ... became just the second player in school history to record both 1,500 points and 700 rebounds (Ron Baxter, 1977-80, 1897 points, 919 boards) ... also became the first person in UT history and second member of a Big 12 school (Danny Manning) to post 200 career steals and 100 career blocks (Manning totaled 270 steals and 200 blocks at Kansas, 1985-88) ... the first McDonald's High School All-American in school history.

Starting small forward ... first-team NABC All-District 9 pick ... second-team All-Big 12 selection by the media ... third-team All- Big 12 choice by the coaches ... played in 31 of 32 games, making 30 starts ... averaged 14.2 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.9 steals, 1.5 assists and 0.8 blocks per game ... ranked second on the team in scoring, blocks, steals and assists ... third on the squad in rebounding ... led the team in minutes per game (34.0) ... upped his scoring average to 15.4 ppg during conference play ... ranked ninth in the Big 12 in steals, 13th in scoring and 14th in rebounding ... tied for the team lead with nine 20-point games (Nnadubem Gabe Muoneke) ... third on the squad with 22 double-figure scoring contests ... struggled out of the gate with his shooting touch while adapting to coach Rick Barnes' offensive system ... shot just 30.0% (27-of-90) from the floor during Texas' first seven games (2-5 record in those games) ... also missed the Oral Roberts game (Dec. 2) and saw just 24 minutes of action off the bench at San Diego (Dec. 5) after suffering a posterior dislocated right shoulder in the final moments of the Georgia game (Nov. 29) ... was a completely different player in UT's last 25 games, hitting at a 43.6% clip from the floor while doing a much better job of playing under control and within the offense ... posted eight consecutive double-digit scoring performances between the LSU game (Dec. 19) and the home game vs. Baylor (Jan. 13) ... should have been voted to the Outrigger Hotels Rainbow Classic All-Tournament team, as he averaged 16.0 points, 10.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.0 steals and 1.0 blocks while shooting 52.9% (18-of-34) from the floor over the three-game tourney ... with his nine rebounds in the win at Oklahoma (Jan. 25), he became the fourth person in UT history to reach the 700-rebound plateau ... in the home win over Texas Tech on Feb. 17, he became the second player in UT history to record both 1,500 career points and 700 career rebounds (Ron Baxter, 1977-80; 1,897 points, 919 rebounds) ... recorded 10 points and four rebounds in 32 minutes in the Big 12 tourney semifinal game vs. Oklahoma State (Mar. 6), despite playing with a bruised tailbone suffered the day before in the quarterfinal win over Colorado ... with his two blocks in the NCAA first-round game against Purdue, he became the first player in school history and second member of a Big 12 schools (Danny Manning, Kansas) to post 200 career steals and 100 career blocks ... one of eight collegians selected to participate in the ESPN College Slam Dunk Championships, held in conjunction with the Final Four (finished seventh after leading following his first dunk).
As a Junior (1997-98)
Led the team in scoring (17.3 ppg.), assists (90, 2.9), steals (55, 1.8) and minutes played (33.0/g.) ... was second on the team in rebounding (6.5 rpg) ... a consensus second-team All-Big 12 choice ... earned a spot on the Big 12 All-Defensive team for the second consecutive season ... missed two weeks (three games) with a left knee sprain (MCL) suffered Jan. 3 vs. Baylor ... returned to action vs. Texas Tech on Jan. 17 (nine points in 20 minutes) ... the injury ended his consecutive games played streak at 73 (including 62 straight starts) ... UT went 0-3 with Clack out of the lineup ... scored 22 points and added nine rebounds and five assists vs. Nebraska in his first start following the injury ... followed that by just missing a triple-double with 12 points, 10 rebounds, seven assists and five steals at Fresno State ... either tied or set a new career scoring high five times -- all on the road or at a neutral site: 25 points vs. Georgia at the Coaches vs. Cancer IKON Classic, 26 points at North Texas and at Texas Tech, 28 points vs. Texas Tech at the Big 12 Tournament and 30 points at Baylor ... posted three double-doubles (12-10 at Fresno State, 26- 10 at Texas Tech and 30-14 at Baylor) ... played the best game of his career at Baylor with 30 points (5-of-9 from three-point range), 14 rebounds and three blocks ... handed out a career-best seven assists three times (vs. Liberty, at Fresno State and at Iowa State) ... tied his career high with six steals vs. defending national champion Arizona ... matched his sophomore season total of 22 three-pointers made (in 30 games) in his first 11 games of the season ... improved his three-point shooting percentage from 23.9 percent as a sophomore to 32.7 percent as a junior ... converted 72.9 percent from the free throw line after making good on 62.0 percent of his career free throw attempts entering the season ... scored 20 or more points in a game a team-high 11 times ... led UT in scoring a team-high 16 times and in assists a team-best 12 times.
As a Sophomore (1996-97)
Finished second on the team in scoring (12.6 ppg.) and rebounding (6.2 rpg.) while leading the team in steals (79) and blocks (30) ... third on the team in assists (52) ... started all 30 games ... honorable mention all-Big 12 selection and also was the only sophomore to earn a spot on the five-man Big 12 All-Defensive Team ... finished 23rd nationally in steals per game (2.6) ... finished second to Nebraska's Cookie Belcher among Big 12 players (2.636 to 2.633 spg.) ... tied his career high with six steals vs. North Texas and added five thefts each at Florida and at Oregon State ... was second to Reggie Freeman with 21 double-digit scoring games ... scored 20 or more points four times with a season-high 23 three times (at #8 Arizona, vs. Texas Tech and vs. Texas A&M) ... posted three double-doubles (11-13 vs. Rhode Island, 23-10 at #8 Arizona and 13-17 vs. Kansas State) ... his 17 boards vs. K-State were a career high ... hit a career-high four three-pointers while scoring 23 points vs. Texas A&M.
Australian Tour (July 1996)
Started all six games at small forward ... finished second on the team in scoring (15.2 ppg) ... scored 14 of UT's first 18 points in a 122-102 loss to the Sydney Kings ... finished the game with a personal tour-high 26 points ... did not play the second quarter due to foul trouble ... hit 12-of-20 from the field vs. the Kings ... followed that with 20 points (8-of-10 from the free throw line) and a team-high 10 rebounds in a 136-108 loss to the South East Melbourne Magic ... scored 19 points, including four crowd-pleasing dunks, in a 118-115 loss to the Geelong Supercats.
As a Freshman (1995-96)
Had an outstanding freshman campaign, joining fellow freshman DeJuan Vazquez on The Associated Press SWC All-Newcomer team ... ... played in all 31 games with 20 consecutive starts to finish the season, averaging 9.4 points and 6.6 boards per game ... had 16 double-digit scoring games to go along with 11 double-digit rebound outings ... posted 4.5 points and 3.3 rebounds in an average of 12 minutes per game prior to becoming a starter 12 games into the season ... responded by averaging 12.1 points and 8.4 rebounds per game as a member of the starting five ... Texas was 7-4 and coming off back-to-back losses to Nebraska and Rice when Clack was inserted into the starting lineup at power forward ... Anderson High School in Austin, Texas (head coach Tyrone Johnson) ... a McDonald's All-American, becoming the first UT signee ever to earn the honor ... cited as the fourth-best big guard in the nation as a member of recruiting analyst Van Coleman's Top 65 ... selected as one of five shooting guards on Blue Chip Illustrated's 25-man Dream Team ... was named Texas Class 4A Player of the Year by both the Texas Sports Writers Association and the Texas Association of Basketball Coaches ... averaged 24.0 points and 10.0 rebounds in leading Class 4A Anderson to a second straight runner-up showing in the state tournament ... totaled 21 points against a box-and-one defense in the state final vs. Port Arthur Lincoln ... hit three free throws with 7.8 seconds left to force the game into overtime ... Anderson ended up on the short end of a 57-56 score in its attempt to give the city of Austin its first championship in the 75-year history of the state tournament ... averaged 20.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 5.0 assists and 5.0 steals per game as a junior in helping lead Anderson to the state final ... scored 24 of Anderson's 52 points in a the title game, a 54-52 loss to Plainview ... just three weeks after being called up to the varsity as a sophomore, Clack responded by hitting six consecutive threepointers in a state playoff game vs. Boerne ...
