Texas Football season tickets are in the mail

The delivery method and address selected for season tickets will be used for parking permit and hospitality scan cards.
Season tickets and parking permits for the 2013 Texas Football season are in the mail beginning Monday, Aug. 5. Â Longhorn Foundation donors can find out their seat location(s) and parking permit assignment now by logging into their DonorNet account.
There are three separate mailings this year for donors (if eligible):
- Season tickets (no signature required)
- Parking permits (via USPS, signature required service)
- Hospitality scan cards (no signature required)
The delivery method (mail or will call) and address selected for season tickets will be used for parking permit and hospitality scan cards.Â
Season tickets are being sent regular mail with no signature required. Season ticket holders who opted to pick their tickets up from will call can expect to receive an email from the ticket office in mid-August when their tickets will be available for pick up.  Once you receive an email indicating that your season tickets are ready, you can pick them up at our ticket office located on the first floor of Bellmont Hall (2100 San Jacinto Blvd.), on the west side of Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium.  The UT Athletics Ticket Office is open weekdays from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
Parking permits are being sent via the United States Postal Service's (USPS) priority mail, signature required service.  Once your permit is in the mail, those donors with a valid email address on file with The Longhorn Foundation should expect to receive an email that will include your tracking number. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your package will be returned to your local post office for pick up.  Parking permits selected for will call can be picked up at the ticket office.
Hospitality season scan cards will be mailed separately from both season tickets and parking around Aug. 20, but will not require a signature upon receipt.  Any patron who requested to pick up their season tickets and parking permit from will call must also pick up their hospitality area scan cards from the ticket office. We will notify those donors who elected to pick up their hospitality cards from will call when they are ready.
Tickets for away games are currently being allocated.  There will be run out levels for games at TCU and West Virginia. The Longhorn Foundation will release these run-out levels as soon as allocation is complete.  All away game tickets will be mailed two to three weeks prior to the game.
