Texas Men's Tennis travels to College Station to compete in the 2014 USTA/ITA Texas Regional Championship from Saturday, Oct. 18 through Tuesday, Oct. 21, at the Mitchell Tennis Center.
5th-ranked senior Søren Hess-Olesen, 106th-ranked senior Adrien Berkowicz, junior Jacoby Lewis, junior Michael Riechmann, freshman John Mee and freshman William Jou will represent UT.
Last season, Hess-Olesen advanced to the semifinals of the singles draw and won the doubles draw with Lloyd Glasspool.
Champions of the 12 Division I regional tournaments throughout the country will gain automatic entry into the USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships in New York (Nov. 6-9). The national tournament, hosted by Columbia University, serves as the culmination of the fall collegiate tennis season.
