The final list of competitors for the 2014 Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays, set to take place Wednesday through Saturday at Mike A. Myers Stadium, was announced Tuesday.
The 87th annual meet is once again drawing strong representation from across the state of Texas, the nation and the world among the high school, collegiate and professional ranks. A total of 6,552 athletes from 32 states and nine countries are expected to compete in the four-day meet. This year's field has athletes from 640 high schools and 232 collegiate teams, as well as 156 invitational athletes.
The Relays get underway at 10:30 a.m. Central Wednesday with the beginning of the two-day multi-events.
Thursday's action will highlight several of the distance disciplines, including the 1,500 meters and 5,000 meters, and the steeplechase events across both the High School and University/College divisions.
The Friday evening session will showcase University/College events for both men and women across the field disciplines, including pole vault, shot put and long jump. That night will also feature the sprint medley and distance medley relays, in addition to several premier High School events, including the 1,600 meters and 4x400-meter relay.
Saturday will kick off at 8:15 a.m. with the High School 3,200-meter races, which after being moved to that time spot at the Relays have produces some of the top times in the country over the last three years. The Saturday portion of the High School 4x100-meter relay events will lead into an exciting, action-packed day.

• Kaitlin Petrillose: 2014 NCAA indoor pole vault champion

• Leo Manzano – 2012 Olympic silver medalist in 1,500 meters; five-time NCAA champion
• Trey Hardee – 2012 Olympic silver medalist in decathlon; NCAA decathlon record holder
• Nichole Denby – 2004 NCAA 100mh champion; 2011 U.S. Indoor Championships silver medalist
• Hayden Baillio: eight-time NCAA All-American in the shot put
• Stacey-Ann Smith: three-time NCAA All-American in the relays
• Chalonda Goodman: two-time NCAA All-American in the relays

Tickets
Tickets can be obtained at the Mike A. Myers Stadium Box office during the event or can be purchased in advance at TexasBoxOffice.com or by calling the UT Athletics Ticket Office at (800) 982-2386 or (512) 471-3333. Fans can attend the event free of charge on Wednesday and Thursday with $20 reserved seating and $10 general admission tickets available for Friday and Saturday. All-session passes can also be purchased for $40 (reserved seats) and $20 (general admission).
Television Coverage
For the third year in a row, Longhorn Network will provide extensive coverage. This year, 17 hours of coverage will be available during the four days of the Relays. ESPN's Dave LaMont will provide play-by-play throughout the meet, with Larry Rawson, an Emmy Award-winning track and field sportscaster, and Dwight Stones, track and field Olympian, serving as analysts. Former NCAA All-America athlete and radio host Sean Adams will serve as a reporter.
