Entry Deadlines and Important Dates
Entry deadlines
• Entries for all divisions must be submitted on the Direct Athletics website (directathletics.com).
• The deadline for University/College/Invitational entries is Noon Central, Monday, March 23, 2026. (Note: Heptathlon & Decathlon entries deadline is noon CT on Monday, March 16, 2026)
• You may edit and update your entries online anytime before the entry deadline. All submitted entries in the system at the entry deadline listed above will be considered FINAL. Please be sure to print a copy of your team's entries and bring it to the meet as confirmation. Please pay special attention to the spelling of your athletes' names, their respective events and mark submitted.
*IMPORTANT – Entering athletes/relays into the meet DOES NOT GUARANTEE that they are accepted into the meet. Invitational Events are VERY selective based on time & space constraints.
**BE SURE TO LIST ALL POTENTIAL ALTERNATE RELAY LEG NAMES BY THE RESPECTIVE DEADLINES.**
Important dates
- Saturday, Feb. 1: Online entry page at directathletics.com opens for processing (8 a.m. Central)
- Monday, March 16: Heptathlon & Decathlon online entry closes (noon Central)
- Wednesday, March 18: Heptathlon/Decathlon qualifiers posted on TexasLonghorns.com (Noon Central)
- Monday, March 23: All other events on directathletics.com online entry page closes (noon Central)
- Thursday, March 26: Initial List of Invitational qualifiers released (10 p.m. Central) at TexasLonghorns.com
- Thursday, March 26: Declaration process opens for Invitational qualifiers at directathletics.com (10pm). Please scratch qualifiers and relay teams that will NOT be competing in the Relays. If athletes are NOT scratched out of an event, we will assume that they are competing in the events they have qualified in.
- Saturday, March 28: Declaration process for Invitational athletes closes at 5pm CT
- Tuesday, March 31: Final Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays competitors posted on TexasLonghorns.com (noon Central).
- Wednesday, April 1: Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays presented by Truist begins!
- Wednesday, April 1: Team packets available to pick up (7:30 a.m.-5 p.m.) on the East Side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium on the 9th floor (enter UT Club Door on Dedman & Littlefield Drive, follow signs, take elevator in lobby to the 9th floor)
- Thursday, April 2: Team packets available to pick up (8:00 a.m.-5 p.m.) on the East Side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium on the 9th floor (enter UT Club Door on Dedman & Littlefield Drive, follow signs, take elevator in lobby to the 9th floor)
- Friday, April 3: Team packets available to pick up (7:00 a.m.-7:30 p.m.) on the East Side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium on the 9th floor (enter UT Club Door on Dedman & Littlefield Drive, follow signs, take elevator in lobby to the 9th floor)
- Saturday, April 4: Team packets available to pick up (7:00 a.m.- Noon) on the East Side of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium on the 9th floor (enter UT Club Door on Dedman & Littlefield Drive, follow signs, take elevator in lobby to the 9th floor)
