Austin Aztex to host three MLS teams Feb. 13 and 15 for a preseason tournament
Professional soccer is making its way to the Forty Acres. The ATX Pro Challenge is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 13 and Sunday, Feb. 15 at Mike A. Myers Track and Soccer Stadium on The University of Texas campus.
In the first match on Friday, Feb. 13, the Columbus Crew SC faces off against FC Dallas at 5:45 p.m.. The final match of the night features the hometown team, Austin Aztex vs. D.C. United. First kick is schedule for 8 p.m. Play continues on Sunday with the consolation match kicking off at 1 p.m. and the championship match will be played 3:15 p.m.
Students may purchase tickets at a discounted rate at the Myers Stadium box offices on the days of the matches.
