Calling all University of Texas students!
This is your official invitation to join the Texas Football team for our first ever Student Appreciation Practice on Saturday, March 25 at 12:30 p.m. in DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium.
There will be giveaways, the opportunity to be on the field during practice, and the chance to meet the team and staff at the conclusion of the practice.
If you are interested in competing in the skills competition, you must attend the open call at Frank Denius Fields on Wednesday, March 22 at 6 p.m. Email hfc@athletics.utexas.edu to RSVP!
All current UT undergraduate students are invited to participate in the open skills competition. The top two students in each drill will compete against each other at the conclusion of the Student Appreciation Practice. The final winner of each competition will then have a chance to compete against former Texas greats like Michael Huff and Marquise Goodwin in their respective skills competition on Saturday, April 15 at the Orange-White Spring Game presented by Five Star Painting.
During the open call on March 22, current UT students will be able to test their abilities in the 40-yard dash, punt return, obstacle course, throwing accuracy and jugs machine.
We look forward to seeing everyone at the stadium on March 25.
We play for YOU!
