AUSTIN, Texas – Longhorn diver Jordan Windle earned a first-place finish in the 3-meter event on the second night of the Texas Hall of Fame Diving Invitational held at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.
Windle carried his momentum over from a second-place finish last night on 1-meter to secure his victory by nearly 37 points with a finals total of 449.40 points. In his third and fifth rounds, Windle tallied 84.00 and 88.40 points, respectively. The sophomore had a round average of 74.90. Benjamin Bramley of Purdue came in second with 413.45 points in the final.
The 2018 Texas Hall of Fame Diving Invitational will wrap up tomorrow with the platform. The event will start at 1:30 p.m. CT and will be televised on Longhorn Network.
