Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop reopening July 17

West stadium location will begin limited weekend hours with new safety measures in place.
Longhorn fans, are you ready to gear up this summer with the best licensed University of Texas apparel and gear from the official source? The Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop, located on the west side of Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium along San Jacinto St., will reopen on Friday, July 17 beginning with limited hours from 11 a.m. – 5 p.m. (Fridays and Saturdays) and Noon to 4 p.m. (Sundays).
The health and safety of our fans is our top priority. To provide a safe shopping experience for all, new measures have been implemented including:
- A maximum of 10 people in the store at one time including Team Shop staff
- Face masks or face coverings will be required to be worn by all customers and staff at all times
- Hand sanitizers available at entrance/exit and at checkout
- A controlled entrance and exit
- More spacing has been created to provide a safer experience
- All transactions will be contactless and plexiglass shields have been installed at the checkout to protect customers and staff.
- To minimize contact, customers will be asked bag their own merchandise at checkout and dispose of any item hangers in a new receptacle.
- Floor decals have been installed to properly queue lines and maintain social distancing at checkout
- More rigorous regular cleaning schedule including disinfecting commonly touched surfaces
- Shoppers will be asked to maintain at least six feet distance from other customers
- Fitting rooms will be temporarily closed
- Any merchandise returns will be quarantined for 14 days before returning to the store for purchase
- Curbside pickup will be available by late July
The Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop is located at 2109 San Jacinto Blvd. on the University of Texas campus. Limited parking is available at metered spaces in front of the Team Shop.
