Accessible Seating Policies & Procedures
General Information
Accessible seating locations (i.e. wheelchair spaces and companion seats) are intended for use by individuals with disabilities and their companions. By purchasing tickets for accessible seating, you represent that you or a member of your party has a disability that requires accessible features provided by the seating locations being purchased. Texas Athletics may investigate potential misuse of accessible seating where there is good cause to believe that such seating has been purchased fraudulently. In appropriate cases Texas Athletics may, in its sole discretion, cancel an order for accessible seating that it believes to be fraudulent or improper. The venue hosting the game also reserves the right to relocate to other seats, patrons who have tickets for accessible seating locations, but who do not need accessible seating.
ADA Accessible Seating Purchases and Exchanges
Accessible seating is available to be purchased on a season ticket basis as well as single game – subject to availability. Patrons may purchase one accessible seat and up to three companions. Single game accessible tickets may only be purchased for games in which ticket inventory is already for sale to the general public. Accessible seating for ‘sold out’ games may not be purchased on a single game basis.

Phone: Please call (512) 471-3333 and a representative will be able to assist you. The Athletic Ticket Office phone lines are open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
Individuals may exchange on a single game basis for an accessible seat and up to three companions, if available. Once a game is sold out, no tickets are available for purchase or exchange in accessible seating locations.
- Section 2 & 7: Enter through Gate 7
- Section 7 (Row 1), Section 13-19, Section 14-18 (Row 1): Enter through Gate 14
- Section 14C & 18C: Enter through Gate 14
- Section 20 – 27, Section 25 – 32: Enter through Gate 27
- Section 26 (Row 1): Enter through Gate 14
- Section 111 -123: Enter through Gate 14
- Section 125-131: Enter through Gate 27
- Section 34-35: Enter through Gate 1/LLH Gate (formerly Gate 32)
Exchange tickets for accessible seats in person on gameday starting four (4) hours before kickoff at Arnold and Itkin Ticket Resolution at Huntington Bank Gate (formerly Gate 8) or three (3) hours before kickoff at Ticket Resolution at ShopBack Gate (formerly Gate 25), or two (2) hours before kickoff Ticket Resolution at LLH Gate at Darrell K Royal Texas Memorial Stadium.
Individuals may exchange on a single game basis for an accessible seat and up to three companions, if available. Once a game is sold out, no tickets are available for purchase or exchange in accessible seating locations.
- Accessible seats are location in Section 101, 104-106, 110, 117-119
- Accessible seats, outside of Germania Establishment Club, are located on the concourse level. All patrons with accessible needs will enter through West Gate.
Exchange tickets for accessible seats in person on gameday starting one (1) hour before tipoff at Moody Center Ticket Office.
Individuals may exchange on a single game basis for an accessible seat and up to three companions, if available. Once a game is sold out, no tickets are available for purchase or exchange in accessible seating locations.
- Accessible seats are location in Section 101, 104-106, 110, 117-119
Exchange tickets for accessible seats in person on gameday starting one (1) hour before tipoff at Moody Center Ticket Office.
Individuals may exchange on a single game basis for an accessible seat and up to three companions, if available. Once a game is sold out, no tickets are available for purchase or exchange in accessible seating locations.
- Accessible seats are location in Section 2-5, 7-10, Right Field 2 & 4, Left Field 2 & 4
- All accessible seats are located on the concourse level.
Exchange tickets for accessible seats in person on gameday starting one (1) hour prior to first pitch at UFCU Disch-Falk Field Ticket Office
Individuals may exchange on a single game basis for an accessible seat and up to three companions, if available. Once a game is sold out, no tickets are available for purchase or exchange in accessible seating locations.
- Accessible seats are location in Section 1 & 3
- All accessible seats are located on the concourse level.
Exchange tickets for accessible seats in person on gameday starting one (1) hour prior to first pitch at Red & Charline McCombs Field.
Individuals may exchange on a single game basis for an accessible seat and up to three companions, if available. Once a game is sold out, no tickets are available for purchase or exchange in accessible seating locations.
- Accessible seats are location in Section 1, 5-8, 13-15
- All accessible seats are located on the court level.
Exchange tickets for accessible seats in person on gameday starting one (1) hour prior to first serve at Gregory Gym Ticket Office.
