Track and Field holds steady in top 15

The Texas women remained at No. 4 and the men at No. 11 in this week’s USTFCCCA National Rankings.
AUSTIN, Texas – The Texas Track and Field program continued to hold a pair of top-15 rankings from the United State Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) this week, with the women holding steady at No. 4 and the men checking in at No. 11. The UT women have been ranked in the top five, and the men in the top 15, throughout the entire 2021 indoor campaign.
Texas competed in the Tyson Invitational this past week, its final competition before postseason action. The Longhorns are scheduled to return to action at the Big 12 Championships in two weeks. The meet is scheduled to be held Feb. 26-27 (Fri-Sat) in Lubbock, Texas.
