The women's 4x100 relay of Julien Alfred, Ezinne Abba, Rhasidat Adeleke and Kevona Davis set a collegiate record in the event with a time of 42.00 to earn female performers of the week honors. The women took down the LSU record of 42.05 set in 2018 to defend its Texas Relays title.

On his way to back-to-back Texas Relays titles, Neugebauer set four personal bests along with the second-best throw ever from a decathlete in the shot put just .01 off the record at 16.66m (54-8).
Wednesday's award is the first time this season and second in his career Neugebauer has earned Big 12 performer of the week honors.
