Women’s Basketball signees Justice Carlton and Jordan Lee set for McDonald’s All-American Game

Carlton and Lee will compete in the McDonald’s All-American Girls Game on Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. CT on ESPN2
HOUSTON, Texas — University of Texas Women's Basketball signees Justice Carlton and Jordan Lee are two of the 24 players who will compete in the McDonald's All-American Girls Game on Tuesday, April 2. The McDonald's All-American Girls Game will be played inside Houston's Toyota Center at 5:30 p.m. Central and televised nationally on ESPN2.
Carlton and Lee will be the 28th and 29th UT women's basketball players to participate in the game. They are both on the West roster in Tuesday's game.
Carlton, a 6-1 forward from Katy, Texas, is the No. 7 ranked recruit in the 2024 class by ESPN. Carlton averaged 25 points and 10 rebounds a game in the 2022-23 season and earned All-State honors as well as Offensive Player of the Year and Naismith Honorable Mention All-America accolades. Carlton holds seven school records at Seven Lakes including points in a game (46), points in a season (1020), rebounds in a game (23), blocks in a game (10), blocks in a season (115), career blocks (167) and single game free throw percentage (1.000, 7-of-7). Carlton's club team, Nike CyFair Elite participated in the Mamba Cup in California and was able to meet and play against Kobe Bryant's team, Mamba.
Lee, a 6-0 guard from Stockton, Calif., is the No. 8 ranked recruit in the 2024 class by ESPN. Lee averaged 20.1 points per game, 2.7 assists per game and 7.4 rebounds per game in the 2022-23 season and earned First Team All-State honors. Lee was a 2022-23 First Team Junior All-American and her team was the 2022-23 Norcal D1 GBB runner-up. Lee earned MVP honors at the 2022 Curry Camp. Lee also exceled in track and field as a two-time USA Junior Nationals Track and Field All-American. Lee won back-to-back 1600-meter and 800-meter state championships on the track. Lee also achieved academically at Saint Mary's high school with a 4.4 GPA and membership in the National Honor Society. Lee was recently added to the roster for the USA Women's Nike Hoop Summit, April 13 in Portland, Oregon.
