Women’s Tennis opens 2025 season with Texas Invite

The Longhorns will host an individual tournament featuring players from San Diego, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
Austin – Texas Women's Tennis will open the 2025 spring season by hosting the Texas Invite from Jan. 10-12 in Austin. The tournament will feature individual singles and doubles play against opponents from San Diego, Tennessee and Wisconsin, beginning with play on Friday at the Weller Indoor Tennis Center due to weather, and followed with action at the Texas Tennis Center on Saturday and Sunday.
There will be no live scoring or video on Friday, while on Saturday and Sunday there will be live video, but no live scoring. You can follow results at the end of each day on TexasLonghorns.com along with updates on the Texas Women's Tennis accounts on X and Instagram.

Friday, January 10 (Weller Indoor Tennis Center)
- 8 a.m. Texas vs. Tennessee/Wisconsin vs. San Diego doubles
- 9 a.m. Texas vs. Wisconsin/San Diego vs. Tennessee singles
Saturday, January 11 (Texas Tennis Center)
- 8 a.m. Texas vs. San Diego/Tennessee vs. Wisconsin doubles
- 9 a.m. Texas vs. Tennessee singles
- 12:30 p.m. (at the earliest) Wisconsin vs. San Diego singles
Sunday, January 12 (Texas Tennis Center)
- 8 a.m. Texas vs. Wisconsin and Tennessee vs. San Diego doubles
