Men’s Basketball announces complete 2025-26 schedule

ESPN and SEC finalize dates, times and TV networks for the upcoming season.
AUSTIN, Texas — The complete 2025-26 University of Texas Men's Basketball schedule was released Tuesday, as ESPN and the Southeastern Conference finalized game dates, tip times and network designations for the upcoming season.
The Longhorns are slated to have 26 of their 31 regular-season games this season broadcast on linear networks (ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, SEC Network and FOX). In addition, the five remaining games will be streamed on SEC Network+ and available on ESPN+ and the ESPN app.
Texas will make a total of nine appearances on SEC Network, including a pair of non-conference home games against Rider (Nov. 18 at 8 p.m. Central) and Southern (Dec. 8 at 7 p.m. Central). The Longhorns will host Virginia as part of the ACC/SEC Challenge on Dec. 3 (8:15 p.m. Central) on ESPNU, and face UConn in Hartford on Dec. 12 (7 p.m. Central/8 p.m. Eastern) on FOX. In addition, all three of UT's games at the Southwest Maui Invitational (Nov. 24-26) will be televised by either ESPN or ESPN2.
Texas opens the regular season on Tuesday, Nov. 4 with a neutral-site contest in the Dick Vitale Invitational against Duke at Charlotte's Spectrum Center. Tip time is set for 7:45 p.m. Central (8:45 p.m. Eastern), and the game will be televised nationally by ESPN.
