The recruiting class features student-athletes from seven different states (Colorado, Louisiana, Minnesota, New York, Oklahoma, Texas and Washington) and seven different countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, New Zealand, The Netherlands and United Kingdom.
"This recruiting class is an outstanding group of talented, proven and promising athletes from around the world, and I could not be more pleased with the terrific work from our coaching staff throughout the process," said O'Neill. "These athletes have a proven record of success and quite a few already have international experience. In many cases, we have the best junior rower from the world's top rowing countries coming to Texas, and they'll have an impact on our team for years to come. Additionally, I've been impressed with the quality of character of each of these future Longhorns, and they will add to the positive team culture we've developed.
