SEC announces opponents and locations for 2025-26 Men’s Basketball schedule

Texas will host Florida, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt in Moody Center during its second season in the league.
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Southeastern Conference announced each school's conference opponents in addition to home and away designations for games on its 2025-26 Men's Basketball schedule.
For Texas, home contests in the fourth year of Moody Center and the second season in the SEC will feature Florida, Georgia, LSU, Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Texas A&M and Vanderbilt. The Longhorns will make road trips to face Alabama, Arkansas, Auburn, Georgia, Kentucky, Missouri, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Texas A&M. Dates, times and television information will be revealed at a later date.
Conference play tips off on Saturday, January 3 and runs through Saturday, March 7. Each SEC team plays the other 15 teams at least once during league play. Three teams will be played a second time during the schedule, two of which are permanent opponents and one that will change each year.
The SEC Tournament will be played at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn., on March 11-15, 2026.
