AUSTIN, Texas — The University of Texas Men's Basketball team has earned a Team Academic Excellence Award from the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), the organization announced Wednesday. In addition to the team honor, a total of eight Longhorns claimed spots on the NABC Honors Court. The Honors Court includes junior, senior and graduate student men's basketball players who finished the 2025-26 season with a cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher. The eight Texas players named to the NABC Honors Court are: Cole Bott, Camden Heide, Tramon Mark, Jordan Pope, Dailyn Swain, Brandon Taylor, Chendall Weaver and Simeon Wilcher.
