Chris Stapleton to headline concert on the LBJ Lawn!
Austin, TX – On Thursday, September 10, EA SPORTS Presents College Football 27 Ultimate Tailgate will take over LBJ Lawn for an unforgettable night exclusively for University of Texas students who are Big Ticket holders. The event features live performances from Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter Chris Stapleton and rising artist Stella Lefty. In addition, attendees can look forward to a performance from the Longhorn Band, the Showband of the Southwest.
With opportunities to experience EA SPORTS College Football 27 gameplay, check out or tune in to Sketch streaming live from the event, score premium merch and more, Ultimate Tailgate brings the traditions and anticipation surrounding rivalry weekends together through music, creators, interactive activations and surprise moments. Fans looking for even more Texas–Ohio State content can follow Sketch, former NFL quarterback and creator Kurt Benkert, and sports and lifestyle creator Katie Feeney's channels for everything from College Football 27 gameplay and X's and O's breakdowns to familiar Longhorn legends sharing favorite moments, traditions and stories from their time at Texas.
Tickets for the event are FREE and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to UT students who are Big Ticket holders. Eligible UT students will receive an email with additional ticket claim information. Tickets will not be available for the general public and are not transferrable.
