Texas Athletics announces ‘Texas Rising Presented by St. David’s HealthCare’ docuseries

Four-part series provides an all-access look at Texas Men’s Basketball.
AUSTIN, Texas — Texas Athletics announced the upcoming premiere of "Texas Rising Presented by St. David's HealthCare," a four-part docuseries offering an all-access look at the Texas Men's Basketball program. The series will chronicle the Longhorns' offseason preparations for the 2026-27 season before following head coach Sean Miller and his team through their non-conference schedule and into Southeastern Conference play. The first episode of "Texas Rising" will premiere Tuesday, Sept. 29, exclusively on LHN Presented by LLH Healthcare.
Featuring 11 new faces on the Longhorns' roster, the series will explore the team's construction and the many storylines surrounding the upcoming year. Texas enters the 2026-27 season following a memorable run in last year's NCAA Tournament. The Longhorns became just the sixth team in tournament history to advance from the First Four to the Sweet 16. Miller, in his first season at Texas, reached the Sweet 16 for the ninth time in 21 seasons as a collegiate head coach.
