Premium Areas Progress Update
This week, we're sharing some current photos of the construction progress in two of our all-new premium club spaces, the Field Club and Burnt Orange Club. Both premium areas are really beginning to look like hospitality spaces with the recent installation of bar tops, ceilings and light fixtures. We can't wait for the electric energy of South End Zone supporters and seat holders cheering on the Horns from these spots this fall!

Field Club Seat Selection
While hundreds of Field Club seats have been sold, those who have purchased seating in the Field Club have not yet actually selected their season ticket locations. That is due in part to safety guidelines surrounding the SEZ (which is still an active construction site), but also to our commitment to providing the most authentic experience of gameday from the SEZ as our donors choose where they want to view the action from. Once construction of SEZ premium areas has reached substantial completion in August, we're doing just that.
In August 2021, we're hosting a never-before-done, in-person and virtual seat selection event for all Field Club seat holders. During this hybrid special event, seat holders will take a full, private tour of the all new Field Club either in person or via a video call with a Longhorn Foundation staff member. During this time, they'll select their seat(s) in the order of commitment to the project and, after confirming seating with our staff either online or in person, season tickets will be assigned and delivered to seat holders as mobile tickets.
More details about our hybrid seat selection event will be shared with SEZ season ticket holders and donors in the coming weeks. If you are interested in being a part of the exclusive group of inaugural Field Club seat holders, it is important that you secure your spot in the selection order as soon as possible. To learn more, please contact the Longhorn Foundation at 512-471-4439 or fill out the form below:

Players Lounge
Most recently, the Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletic Center (MNAC) has served as the exclusive facility and support center for our Texas Football student-athletes. We're excited that the completed renovation of MNAC will mark its operation as a primary facility for many student-athletes who compete across our 18 sport teams, offering the resources and space necessary to meet the requirements of a student-athlete’s daily experience.
Though MNAC will house services to support all Texas student-athletes, we've ensured that it still functions as a home away from home for our Texas Football student-athletes. In just a few months, the football team (which has been displaced into the North End Zone since last year) will head back home to MNAC. An integral part of the renovations at MNAC has been building out one of finest players lounges in the country, a place for our players to retreat to, decompress and relax in between classes, practice, training, rehab, and game preparation.
We've ensured that the spirit of competition and reinforcement of being a team is extended in this area with a variety of game and entertainment features that are both practical and functional. The upgraded players lounge combines the aesthetic “wow factor” of the South End Zone with the most modern gaming technology, banks of HD television screens, innovative resources for resting, and traditional game room activities. These resources will dually help players to unwind from the daily grind of being premier student-athletes while providing a space our players want to hang out in together, ultimately functioning to strengthen the bond between teammates and promote team chemistry.
Donor recognition opportunities, including in the main lobby, still exist in the Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletics Center and the South End Zone. To learn more, please contact the Longhorn Foundation at 512-471-4439 or fill out the form below:

South End Zone Shines at 2021 Commencement
This past Saturday, we welcomed our newest set of Texas alums during the university-wide Commencement ceremony. While it is always exciting weekend on the Forty Acres, this year Commencement was hosted in an sensational new outdoor venue space—DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium! In addition to the novelty of celebrating our grads together at DKR, the new South End Zone made for a unique backdrop and was integrated into the proceedings. The newly installed lighting and larger-than-life video board served as electrifying backdrops to commemorate the Class of 2021, and we launched a dazzling pyrotechnics show from the SEZ as sendoff for our new grads who are set to go out and change the world. We are exceptionally proud of our 96 current and former student-athletes who were part of the Class of 2021, each of whom graduated with above a 3.0 GPA.
This weekend was one for the books, and we can’t wait to see the South End Zone shine even brighter when we open the 2021 Texas Football season at home on Sept. 4!

First Impressions
Renovations to the Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletic Center (MNAC) will completely revamp the look and feel of the facility that houses our Longhorn football team. One of the most prominent spaces within the facility is the main lobby and multipurpose area. Upon entry into MNAC, visitors will immediately walk through the incredible story of Texas Football in the main lobby filled with homage to our history, dominance and tradition of success.
Without giving too much away (because being within and experiencing this space is truly a spectacle), there are some key points of interest in the new MNAC you should be sure to check out when the facility opens this fall. A jersey exhibit highlights the evolution of our team's uniform since the program’s inaugural season in 1893 (fun fact: the University football team of 1893 played four games, but they didn't wear orange—their striped uniforms were gold and white!). Video spans a full wall of the main lobby and captures key moments and signature plays, environmental graphics call attention to some of the most exciting seasons and games in our history, and national award winners are featured along the perimeter of the space. In the center of it all is a display case for the College Football Playoff National Championship trophy. The main lobby of MNAC is, overall, a functional area, but one that creates an experiential environment to leave a lasting impression on student-athletes, recruits, families and guests.
Donor recognition opportunities, including in the main lobby, still exist in the Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletics Center and South End Zone. To learn more, please contact the Longhorn Foundation at 512-471-4439 or fill out the form below:

The Burnt Orange Club
This fall, Home is Where the Horns Are and we can't wait to see y'all back at Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. While longstanding traditions and a familiar sea of Longhorns clad in burnt orange make the Forty Acres feel like home on gamedays, we've also gotten reacquainted with the comforts of household gamedays since March 2020. While many of us are ready to get back out and back to normal, access to snacks and beverages just a few steps away from the game (albeit on TV) is a convenience that we couldn't leave behind. The South End Zone's loge boxes and living room seating offer a perfect blend of a traditional DKR gameday with the easy amenities of your household's living room gameday, and we carried that convenience into the premium club space that seating in these areas provides you access to.
The Burnt Orange Club will offer premium, all-inclusive food and non-alcoholic beverage options, highlighted by a show kitchen within the indoor club space. At nearly 5,000 square feet, the club is accessible by under 500 season ticket holders, making it one of the most exclusive spaces in all of DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. It also features a playful family room for fans with small children, so there is truly something for every member of your Longhorn Family in the Burnt Orange Club.
Access to the Burnt Orange Club is included in annual Loge Box and Living Room season ticket costs, and there are still a few remaining. To learn more about existing availability or to schedule a tour of the Burnt Orange Club, call 512-471-4439 or submit your contact information through the link below:

Field-Level Hospitality
Texas Football gamedays are known for enthusiastic fans, iconic pageantry, and a blue-blood (or shall we say "burnt orange-blood"?) brand of football. At least six times a season, Longhorn faithful fill Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium and look forward to the tradition of grabbing Texas-themed stadium fare to enhance their gameday experiences. Some fans prefer to get the tried-and-true hot dog and beverage from one of DKR's many concessions, while others choose to visit the buffets offered as a part of the premium amenties in our exclusive club spaces.
When you're sitting in the South End Zone Field Club, you get the down-home comfort of gameday concessions and the opulence of premium food and beverage selections to meet your needs and suit your preferences.
The climate-controlled environment in the Field Club hospitality area offers a comfortable escape from Texas weather and the perfect mix of traditional gameday fare within a sophisticated buffet menu (think beef sliders topped with local produce and fresh-cut steak frites). In addition to a mouthwatering menu, a full cash bar is available in the Field Club until the start of the fourth quarter. To top it off, the hospitality area is located at field level...and when we say field level, we mean field level—the Field Club hospitality area is physically below all lower-level club seats in the South End Zone.
Inspired by two iconic symbols of Texas, Bevo and Smokey the Cannon, the nearly 6,000 sq ft. Field Club space is decorated with imagery that celebrates the pride and spirit of being a Longhorn. The full view of Campbell-Williams Field combined with multiple HD televisions throughout the club promises a maximized view of gameday action, no matter where you're sitting or standing.
Access to the Field Club hospitality area is included in annual Field Club seat ticket costs. To learn more about or schedule a tour of the Field Club, call 512-471-4439 or submit your contact information through the link below:

100,000 Fans in Your Living Room
Easily one of the most unique features of the South End Zone is the collection of high-end premium living room boxes.
The South End Zone's 30 eight-seat living room boxes all provide the comfort of a living room experience right at home in DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium. Plush, theater-style seating is paired with four HD televisions, each programmed to broadcast Texas gameday feeds and top live games around the country. An exclusive waitstaff delivers your preferred range of all-inclusive food and select beverages, with menus inspired by one of the most respected hospitality companies in Austin (details coming soon, stay tuned!).
In addition to the unparalleled comfort and service offered, each living box includes a personal refrigerator so you can grab a fresh, cold beverage from your seat and sit back to watch your Longhorns play. If you need a change of scenery (or refill on food or drink), stash your personal belongings and gameday items away in the secure storage space provided in your living room box and hop over to the private hospitality club exclusive to living room and loge box ticket holders.
From the deluxe seating area to the thoughtful amenities that promise you don't have to miss a second of on-field action, accommodations in the living room boxes are truly second to none.

WORLD-CLASS CARE
While most people think of the new premium seating and gameday areas in the South End Zone (such as the Field Club seating and hospitality area), a primary reason for the historic addition is for the immense impact it will have on the health and wellbeing of our student-athletes.
With an investment of over $1M made specifically in sports medicine facilities, expansion and upgrades to the SEZ’s Athletic Training Room within the Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletic Center (MNAC) will provide state-of-the-art recovery and rehabilitation equipment. The investment also funds the latest diagnostic tools for our physicians and athletic trainers to efficiently diagnose and treat Texas student-athletes’ medical needs.
Once complete, the updated MNAC will continue to serve as the main facility for Texas Football players, but all student-athletes will have access to the leading-edge sports medicine area and services housed within the space. The facility will offer a full x-ray suite and diagnostic ultrasound services to provide the most efficient and evidence-based medical care for over 500 young men and women athletes.
An exciting new installment in this space is two large hydrotherapy pools. The pools are constructed for both efficiency and functionality, allowing more student-athletes to receive therapeutic care needed to recover from the demands of training, practice and games. The addition of float pods will also assistant in the recovery from both the physical and mental demands of being a Texas student-athlete.

THE FIELD CLUB PATIO
Looking to get close as you can to the #AllGasNoBrakes action Coach Steve Sarkisian is bringing to DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium? The Field Club premium hospitality and seating area has it all.
The Field Club offers the most unique gameday experience in Darrell K Royal-Texas Memorial Stadium. Situated on the lower part of the South End Zone, the Field Club and Field Club seating provide exclusive access to ground-level views of Campbell-Williams Field.
While the club seating area is distinctive in many ways, a totally unique feature of Field Club seating (A, below) is the front-row view seat holders have of coaches and players as they enter and exit the field. Seats surround the east and west sides of the steerhead-shaped tunnel and coaches' offices, meaning you're in the center of all team action no matter where you're sitting.
All Field Club seating grants access to a private club positioned at ground-level with Campbell-Williams Field (B, below). The exclusive hospitality area consists of two field-level club spaces accessible to one another by a breezeway—and not just any breezeway, but the final portion of the tunnel from which players enter and exit the field. Walls of windows, open garage-style glass doors and outdoor patios line the two club areas, ensuring direct field views so you'll never miss a moment.
And what would gameday be without everyone's favorite Longhorn, Bevo? Even he wants to be in the Field Club, so we made sure to save him a spot (C, below). Watch Bevo arrive (Field Club seat holders are welcome to enjoy the club area before kickoff) and take a selfie with him during the game—he's just a few steps outside of the Field Club premium hospitality area!
