I love film and I love to swim. UT has everything I've ever wanted in a school.
Now that I've completed my first year, I can say that I love Texas. I love my team. I love my coaches. I love the people here. I love the city of Austin. I think I'm UT's number-one fan, to be completely honest!
UT pushes me to be an excellent student and athlete, so day in and day out, we work hard. The group of girls who I train with, we put in the work and challenge each other. We know that individually each of us must step up so we can together achieve our ultimate goal of a team national title.
I don't take what I've been given for granted -- ever. I'm grateful for the education and experience that Texas Athletics has provided me, and I know that has a lot to do with the generous support of Longhorn Foundation donors. The support from Longhorn Excellence is one of the difference makers that defines Texas Athletics.
Because of UT, I can dream big. I know that not only will I leave here with my degree, but I will be successful because of the connections and the first-class resources provided to me as a Texas student-athlete. My time at Texas is life-changing. UT is the best of the best and is genuinely unmatched, and I'm incredibly proud to be a Longhorn.
