The goal of an endowed coach or staff position is to ensure success continues for Longhorn student-athletes—past, present and future.
An endowed gift supplies Texas Athletics with a perpetual source of income that helps to provide the resources needed to attract and retain the nation’s top student-athletes, coaches and staff. These funds exist to meet the ongoing needs of Texas Athletics, while providing a lasting legacy.
Clyde Littlefield Head Coach Endowment for Track and Field
Funds distributed from the Clyde Littlefield Head Coach Endowment for Track and Field are used to offset or supplement the salary of the head coach of the track and field team. The Head Coach, Track & Field is referred to as the "holder" of the Coach Clyde Littlefield Head Coach Endowment for Track and Field.
