Baseball: Fan Guide
ADA Accommodations
- Only service dogs are permitted inside UFCU Disch-Falk Field. Any other type of animal is not permitted. The service dog should be wearing identifiable attire and be harnessed or tethered in some fashion. An emotional support animal is permitted on campus grounds and to accompany an individual into his or her University assigned residence in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. However, a support animal is not allowed to accompany the individual into his or her residential dining center or into any other University building. - ADA parking is available on a first come, first served basis in designated spaces within East Campus Garage. A person with ADA placard or license plate MUST be in the vehicle. ADA spaces are limited and not guaranteed.
- Restrooms: Accessible restrooms are located throughout the facility.
- Seating: ADA entrances are located at Gates 2 (suite holders), 3, 4, and 6. For any questions concerning seating availability, call the Ticket Sales and Services at 512-471-3333.

Arrival, Gate Entry and Pedestrian Traffic Flow
Ticket Resolution is located at the Main Box office located by Gate 3. Ticket Resolution will open 60 minutes prior to first pitch.
Binoculars
Binoculars are permitted in the stadium, subject to inspection at all entrances. Binocular cases are not allowed per the clear bag policy.

- Radio: Listen to Texas Baseball games on AM 1300 The Zone in the Austin area. Outside of Austin, listen on these Longhorn IMG Radio Network affiliate stations.
- Internet Audio: Listen to Texas Baseball games online at TexasLonghorns.com/audio or on the UT mobile app (FREE!).
Child Ticket Policy
Children under the age of two do not require a ticket as long as the child is held and does not take up a seat.
Clear Bag Policy
A clear bag policy is in effect to enhance existing security measures and expedite venue entry at Texas Athletics events on the Forty Acres.
Approved bags include:
- Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"
- One-gallon clear resealable plastic storage bags
- Clutch bags, purses, or wallets that are smaller than 4.5” x 6.5”
Prohibited bags include:
Non-clear bags that exceed 4.5” x 6.5” OR clear bags that exceed 12” x 6” x 12”. This includes items such as grocery totes, mesh or straw bags, duffle bags, diaper bags*, camera/binocular cases, and any other bags that stadium event staff deem do not meet the clear bag policy.
*Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be put into a clear plastic bag for venue entry.
Code of Conduct
Texas Athletics is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all fans, staff, players and coaches. To help us provide this first-class environment, we ask that all patrons and attendees follow these guidelines:
- Contribute to making the environment of Texas Athletics the very best by upholding the spirit of collegiate athletics.
- Ensure all fans are treated in a consistent, professional and polite way by all staff and team personnel.
- Support our teams in a positive manner while treating visiting fans, teams and officials with dignity and respect.
- Promote an environment that minimizes disruption, creates a safe atmosphere for all, prevents interference with the game and ensures the enjoyment of the game for everyone.
- Refrain from using foul or abusive language or inappropriate gestures or attire.
- Be responsible when consuming alcoholic beverages. Impairment, intoxication, underage consumption and unruly behavior will be addressed immediately.
- Sit only in the seat designated on your ticket and be prepared to present the ticket, if requested.
- Acknowledge that The University of Texas at Austin is a tobacco-free campus, including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco.
- Comply with emergency messages, emergency procedures and requests from staff concerning the facility and gameday operations.

Sportsmanship Policy
Texas Athletics and the Southeastern Conference value sportsmanship, both on and off the field and in the stands. Texas is committed to providing a safe environment for all student-athletes, coaches and officials and a fun, entertaining atmosphere for all fans, free from disorderly behavior, including foul, sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, obscene or abusive language or gestures. Any spectators creating an unsafe environment or who interferes with the game by coming onto the court at any time will be removed from the facility.
Refusal to adhere to the Code of Conduct and Sportsmanship Statement may result in ejection from the facility, without refund. Violation of laws or city ordinances may result in arrest and prosecution.. Please report any issues concerning this Code of Conduct to a security guard or event staff personnel, or use the text messaging feature noted below the videoboard.
Concessions
All transactions will be cashless and contactless. Credit and/or debit cards will be accepted, or fans can prepay for orders at select stands via the Texas Longhorns mobile app.
Contactless Transactions & Credit Cards
All transactions for concessions, merchandise, and parking at UFCU Disch-Falk Field will be contactless and cashless (credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards only).
Cash-to-Card Kiosks have been added to the third base side of the concourse for fans that do not have credit cards or mobile wallets. Cash-to-Card Kiosks allow fans to exchange cash for Visa® prepaid cards that can be used anywhere that credit and debit cards are accepted (both inside and outside of UFCU Disch-Falk Field).
Donation Requests
Requests for autographed items for nonprofit/charitable purposes must be submitted to the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop. For more information, please refer to the Texas Athletics Autographed Items/Donation Requests Policy.
Dugout Store
Merchandise can be purchased at one of three Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop locations at UFCU Disch-Falk Field. The main Dugout Store is located on the home plate location with additional team shop locations down the first base concourse and along the third base line.

Emergency, First Aid/EMS
For any emergency at UFCU Disch-Falk Field, including medical emergencies, notify the nearest usher or police officer.
If you are in need of medical attention, please contact the stadium operations staff, or notify the nearest usher.
A first aid station can be found along the first base concourse, courtesy of St. David’s HealthCare, and will practice social distancing and prioritizing access for serious illness and injury.
Evacuation
In the event of an emergency, listen for instructions from the public address announcer; stadium ushers and law enforcement will direct you to the closest safe exit. Assist other patrons who may need your assistance. All exits and emergency exits are in the stadium are clearly marked.
Game Dates & Times
Texas Baseball game dates and times are subject to change. In the event a game date or time change should occur, the information will be posted on TexasLonghorns.com, on X via @TexasFanFirst, @TexasBaseball, and @TexasLonghorn, and communicated through the local media. Learfield Longhorn Sports Properties
Learfield is Texas Athletics' multimedia rights vendor, which does business in Austin as Longhorn Sports Properties (LSP). LSP produces and delivers conventional over-the-air radio, with iHeart Austin’s affiliate 1300 AM "The Zone” serving as flagship station. LSP also represents all corporate sponsorship sales for Texas Athletics, including those elements appearing in signage, gameday publications, consumer and retail promotions, social media and video. Lost & Found
During the game, lost items can be reported to Fan Services and/or Event Staff. Items are held until after a series is completed, held by Fan Services, and then transferred to UTPD (512-471-4441).
Lost children should be reported to the nearest usher.
Mobile App
Mobile App on Gameday: Through the Texas Longhorns app, fans can access and manage game tickets for all regular season home events. To access all benefits:
- Login to the Texas Longhorns mobile app
- Select “Manage Teams” on the home screen dropdown menu located in the upper left corner
- Select “Baseball” and turn on notifications for “News”, “Game Start”, and “Game End”
- You will automatically be sent notifications, including special alerts and notifications directly to your phone.
Fans at home will have the opportunity to access additional Texas Longhorns content including:
- Real-time news and featured content
- Updated team rosters and stats
- Live gameday radio broadcasts and game streaming links (restrictions apply)
- Unique video content
- Ability to purchase tickets to future Texas Athletics events
- Access to purchase merchandise from the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop.

Mobile Tickets
To offer greater convenience and safety, mobile-only ticketing will provide contactless entry to UFCU Disch-Falk Field for all Texas Baseball games. All ticket holders will access tickets through TexasLonghorns.com/MyAccount on Apple and Android devices. Tickets will be available to download and store on your digital wallets. You can download, share, and manage your tickets prior to gameday.
- Step 1: Your tickets will be emailed to the email address used to originally purchase tickets prior to the game.
- Step 2: Download your tickets and save them to your smartphone’s digital wallet.
- Step 3: You can manage, share, transfer, or sell your tickets on SeatGeek by logging into your account at TexasLonghorns.com/MyAccount.
- Step 4: On gameday, make sure your tickets are in your digital wallet and note your entry gate before heading to the game.
To expedite entry and ensure the best possible gameday experience, fans should download their tickets prior to arrival and enter through the gate shown on their mobile ticket. Please note, screenshots of tickets will NOT be accepted.
Scanning Your Tickets On Gameday
- Step 1: Open your mobile ticket in your digital wallet as you approach your entry gate
- Step 2: Use ticket readers to scan your ticket using the scanner at the entry gate and you’re in!
Pets

Prohibited Items
Texas Athletics is committed to maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all fans, staff, players, and coaches. This Prohibited Items list is subject to change.
- Artificial noisemakers (bells, horns, kazoos, whistles, etc.)
- These items can cause distractions for participants and officials in the game.
- Non-clear bags and clear bags larger than 12 x 6 x 12 (See Clear Bag Policy)
- Brooms, banners, flags, flag poles, signs, umbrellas, etc.
- Cameras with detachable lenses greater than 10, video cameras and tripods
- The sale of images of current student-athletes is against NCAA rules and risks the eligibility of Texas student-athletes. Additionally, any commercial use of photos of UFCU Disch-Falk Field, campus landmarks, or identifiable campus elements is prohibited without the prior written approval of the University.
- Coolers
- Explosive and flammable materials, disabling chemicals and other dangerous items
- Food
- Snacks needed for medical purposes are allowed.
- No other outside food is permitted.
- Water: One sealed (soft plastic) bottle of water (up to one liter) is permitted. No other outside beverages or beverage containers are permitted (including Yeti or similar products)
- Free water fountains are available to refill.
- Should you need water or hydration support, our St. David’s EMS partners can assist you.
- Items deemed a safety hazard or annoyance (Frisbees, balloons, projectiles, laser pointers, fireworks, firearms, weapons, etc.)
- Pets (except service dogs)
- Only service dogs are allowed into the stadium. Any other type of animal is not permitted.
- Texas Athletics operates under the same rules and regulations as the UT Austin campus. As such, we only permit service dogs into our venues.
- The service dog should be wearing identifiable attire and be harnessed or tethered in some fashion.
- Strollers
- Use of tobacco products, including e-cigarettes and smokeless cigarettes/tobacco
- The University of Texas became a tobacco-free campus in 2012. The use of any tobacco products -- including e-cigarettes and smokeless cigarettes/tobacco -- is prohibited in university buildings and on university grounds within the state of Texas, including parking areas and structures, sidewalks, walkways, and university-owned buildings.
- Weapons
- The Campus Carry law (S.B. 11) does not pertain to sporting events on campus. No weapons of any kind are permitted in Texas Athletics sporting events. For full details on Campus Carry, visit UTexas.edu.
Publications
- Scorecards and Stat Sheets: Scorecards and stat sheets are available for purchase at the Texas Longhorns Official Team Shop located on the concourse behind home plate.
- Roster Cards: Printed copies of the roster card for each home game are available at the Texas Athletics table inside the home plate concourse and suite areas at UFCU Disch-Falk Field subject to availability
- Season Guide: The Texas Baseball Season Guide will be available in the baseball section of the website.
Rainout Policy
If a game is rained out and rescheduled, Texas Athletics will communicate information on potential refunds, credits, and/or reuse of tickets directly to season ticket holders by email.
Re-Entry Policy
There is a no re-entry policy for all Texas Baseball games.
Resale of Tickets - Scalpers & Ticket Brokers
Per University of Texas Regents' Rules (Chapter VI, Section 6): The resale of athletics tickets, for any amount of money, on a University of Texas property, constitutes solicitation and is strictly prohibited unless permitted as defined by the Regents' Rules and Regulations. Subjects found soliciting on University of Texas property can receive a criminal trespass warning and will be required to leave University of Texas property immediately or be subject to arrest for criminal trespass.
Security
(also see Prohibited items)
- Suspicious activity, disruptive patrons and guest-related problems should be reported to stadium operations staff immediately. Uncooperative patrons showing disregard for other patrons, the facility or the teams may be ejected from the facility. Intoxicated fans will not be allowed into the facility. An ejected patron will not be allowed to return for the remainder of the game. Re-entry by an ejected patron is grounds for arrest.
- You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. By tendering your ticket and entering the facility, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against The University of Texas. If you elect not to consent to a search, you will not be allowed into the facility.
- To report an incident in your seating area, please notify the nearest stadium operations staff at the entrance nearest to your seat. After the game, please email questions@athletics.utexas.edu with all gameday-related questions or concerns.
Smoking & Tobacco Policy
The University of Texas at Austin is a tobacco-free campus. This policy prohibits the use of any tobacco products on campus grounds, including parking areas, parking structures, lawns and sidewalks. All forms of tobacco including, but not limited to, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, smokeless tobacco, snuff and chewing tobacco, are banned from campus.
Solicitation
The University of Texas does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of fliers or other promotional/advertising materials on University of Texas property.
Special Announcements
Special announcements on the public address system and scoreboard are limited to medical and police emergencies. UFCU Disch-Falk Field does not announce or display birthday, anniversary or other personal messages on the public address system or scoreboard.
Standing Room Only
Every ticket has a seat assignment. Patrons should be seated in their assigned locations. Ushers are instructed to keep the aisles clear. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the aisles clear for other patrons.
Suites
This season, a number of measures have been implemented in our suite areas:
- Suite parking (if applicable) will be in the East Campus Garage on Lower Level 0, immediately west of the stadium
- All suite patrons will enter at the glass doors behind home plate (Gate 2)
- All transactions in the suite areas will be contactless (credit cards, debit cards, and prepaid cards only)
- Suite and stadium attendants will remove trash from hospitality spaces and concourses throughout the game.

Tailgating: REVELxp
Texas Athletics has teamed up with REVELxp to provide a turnkey tailgating experience for fans interested in reserving tailgate spots near UFCU Disch-Falk Field. All REVELxp hospitality packages, designed to host 15-100 guests, include tents, tables and chairs. Additional options may be added to every package. Weapons
No weapons of any kind are permitted in UFCU Disch-Falk Field or any designated UT venue. This policy includes weapons used by off-duty law enforcement officers. Yeti Yard
The YETI Yard is located outside the left center field wall and provides a unique experience that puts you right on the field. Happy hour priced beer will be served until the seventh inning and fans may bring in their own food and beverage. Entry is located outside the ballpark along Disch-Falk Drive and is open to all fans.
