T-Association: Mission, Vision & Goals
Mission
The T-Association mission is to build community, foster lifelong connection, and support
the lifelong development of Longhorn letterwinners, past, present, and future—while
enhancing the enduring legacy of The University and Texas Athletics. Membership in the T-Association
begins with earning a letter in your sport.
About Us
There are over 8,000 living letterwinners who have donned the burnt orange and white in
competition. Each shares the common experience of the dedication required, commitment
to excellence, and standard of achievement that embody both the University of Texas and
Texas Athletics. The T-Association seeks to serve as a central connection point back to
Texas Athletics and the University for letterwinners long after their time on the Forty Acres
has concluded. The relationships letterwinners build as part of the Longhorn family form
the foundation of a lifelong connection—strengthened through T-Association engagement,
support, and a shared responsibility to the Longhorn community.
