First season at Texas
Parker Sexton begins his first season as Basketball Operations Assistant at The University of Texas. He will assist in all internal operations of the basketball program.
Prior to coming to Texas, Sexton worked as a Football Operations Assistant at the University of Alabama. In that role, he reported directly to Head Coach Nick Saban and Chief Operating Officer Ellis Ponder and assisted in all aspects of day-to-day operations for the Crimson Tide football program.
A native of Germantown, Tenn., Sexton was a member of the golf team at The University of Texas from 2016-19. A six-time Big 12 Commissioner’s Honor Roll selection, he earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport Management with a Sports Media Certificate in three years.
Sexton and his wife, Allison, reside in Austin.
