At Old Dominion
As a Junior (2022-23)
• Sasnouskaya finished 22-6 in singles and 20-8 in doubles in 2022-23
• Ended the year winning 11 of her last 12 matches in singles
• Had wins over nationally-ranked players Frayman of Princeton (3), Akil of South Carolina (12), Smith of N.C. State (13), Wooten of Wake Forest (27) and Ngounoue of Kansas (41)
• Went undefeated in Sun Belt play winning Sun Belt Conference Player of the Year and First Team All-Conference honors
• Advanced to second round of NCAA Championships
• Ended the year ranked 25th in singles
• In doubles with Sofia Johnson, the duo finished the year ranked 26th and won 10 of their last 11 matches
• Recorded two wins over Corley sisters of Oklahoma, including one when they were second-ranked nationally, defeated 12th-ranked (Wake Forest) and 33rd-ranked (South Carolina)
• Advanced to the second round of the NCAA Championships and ended the year ranked 26th in doubles.
As a Sophomore (2021-22)
• In doubles, teamed with Yuliia Starodubtseva for a 33-7 overall and 14-3 during the spring
• Second place at ITA All-American and ITA Fall National Championship
• Won ITA Atlantic Super Regional
• Recorded win over top-ranked duo from Oklahoma in fall
• Lost combined six games in three matches to help lead ODU to C-USA title
• Nationally-ranked wins over N.C. State, Auburn, Clemson, Oklahoma, North Carolina, Michigan State, Texas A&M, Florida, Penn, Charlotte (2), Rice
• Finished the year ranked seventh
• Advanced to the round of 16 at the NCAA Championships
• In singles, Ranked high as 53rd during the year
• Won 10 matches in a row
• Wins over Missouri, Penn, Harvard, Navy (2x), Princeton, Columbia, Rice, VCU, Ga. Tech, Penn State, Ole Miss
• Wins over nationally ranked opponents in back-to-back matches defeating Georgia Tech (38th ranked Bilchev) and Ole Miss (80th ranked Machalova) as ODU won Atlanta Regional in ITA Kickoff Weekend
• 23-11 overall and 16-6 during the spring in singles
• Finished the year ranked 108th
• First Team All-Conference Singles, First Team All-Conference Doubles, Outstanding Doubles Team of the Championships.
As a Freshman/Additional (2020-21)
• Selected as the Conference USA Freshman of the Year
• Named to the All-Conference USA Singles and Doubles First Team, as well as the All-Freshman Team
• Second highest ranked singles player in the conference and was part of third highest ranked doubles tandem in the league
• Compiled a 14-2 singles record, while going 3-0 at C-USA Championships
• Defeated No. 42 Emmanuelle Salas of Florida State in straight sets (6-3, 7-6)
• Named C-USA Athlete of the Week in March
• Earned a C-USA Commissioner’s Medal for work in the classroom
• Named to Conference USA Honor Roll
As a Freshman (2019-20)
• All-Conference USA Freshman Team
• In her first spring season in an Old Dominion uniform, put together an 8-3 record in singles and a 7-2 mark in doubles.
Before Old Dominion
• Sasnouskaya came to ODU boasting a UTR of 10.94, a WTA singles ranking of No. 1,275 and was the No. 19 ranked Belarus female player.
