- Won gold with Camden Taylor, Nate Germonprez and Will Modglin in the 200 free relay in 1:17.02 (19.87 split) at the Big 12 Championship
- Won silver in the 50 free (19.52) and placed 12th in the 100 free (44.18) and 100 fly (47.46) at the Big 12 Championship
- Finished third in the 50 free (20.34) at SMU
- Won the 200 free relay with WIll Modglin, Camden Taylor and Alec Filipovic in 1:17.50 (19.51) at SMU
- Teamed with Chris O'Connor, Brayden Taivassalo and Alec Filipovic to place fourth in the 200 medley relay (1:27.58/19.85) at SMU
- Won the 100 fly in 49.06 at The Sterkel Classic
- Placed seventh in the 100-meter back (58.74) against TCU
- Won the 200 free relay (1:31.06/22.86) against TCU with Will Modglin, Nate Germonprez and Alec Filipovic

- Helped Texas place third in the 200 free relay (1:18.80/19.64) at No. 3 NC State with Camden Taylor, Alec Filipovic and Kobe Ndebele
- Joined Kobe Ndebele, Manning Haskal and Finn Winkler to place sixth in the 400 free relay (2:59.77/45.02) at No. 3 NC State
- Competed in three events at the Texas Invitational, finishing 14th in the 50 free (19.99), 14th in the 100 back (54.31) and swam the prelims in the 100 free
- Was part of the fifth-place 400 medley relay against Texas A&M and Georgia Tech, finished third in the 50 free (20.15), 10th in the 100 free (46.11) and fourth in the 200 free relay

- Placed fourth with Alek Filipovic, Kobe Ndebele and Coby Carrozza in the 200 free relay (1:20.32/20.12 split) versus No. 4 NC State
- Teamed with Ethan Harder, Paul DeGrado and Holden Smith to finish fifth in the 200 medley relay (1:27.02/20.15 free split) versus No. 4 NC State
- Finished seventh in the 50 free (20.71), 10th in the 100 IM (51.51) and swam the 100 free (45.87) against No. 13 Ohio State and No. 14 Alabama
- Joined Ethan Harder, Jake Foster and Peter Larson to finish sixth in the 200 medley relay (1:28.99/22.12 fly split) against No. 13 Ohio State and No. 14 Alabama
- Part of the third-place 200 free relay team that posted a time of 1:17.32 at the Minnesota Invitational
- Swam on the 10th-place 400 free relay team that finished with a time of 2:55.42 at the Minnesota Invitational
- Finished eighth in the 50 free at 20.43 and swam the 100 free in 45.65 against Virginia
- Teamed with Charlie Crosby, Jake Foster and Kobe Ndebele on the 200 medley relay that finished with a time of 1:30.21 against Indiana and Texas A&M

Personal: Son to Peter Paulus III and Anne Paulus... Father played football at the University of Arizona... Brother to Richard Paulus... Uncle William Paulus also swam for the University of Texas and he qualified for the 1980 Olympics, but wasn't able to go due to the boycott... Enjoys history and wanted to explore his interests more... Enjoys rock climbing and hiking.
