On going home to play in a tournament:
It is always great to go home and play on a course that I know very well. It also was great because a lot of my family and friends were able to come watch me play.
On her play this season:
I have played okay in the fall. There are still a lot of things I have to work on and improve.
On her expectations for the spring:
I expect a lot of good things to happen. Our team is starting to mold together well. We are really close to winning a tournament. I feel this spring we will put a couple of wins on the board. As an individual I expect to keep posting top tens, keeping my scoring average under 73, and hopefully break through with a win.
On the team:
This year's team is special. It is the closest group I have ever been around. We are able to get along and have so much fun together.
On the younger members of the team:
The younger group is very talented. They are going to keep this program on top for a number of years to come.
On what coach Watkins and coach Arnett do to help her game:
The coaches have helped me the most mentally and with course management.
On the best and worst part of her game:
The best part of my game is my irons and my flop shots around the green. The part I need to improve the most is my putting.
On the differences of playing with a team or individually:
When you play as an individual you are playing for yourself. With a team you always have some one there. We all want each other to do well. The support is unbelievable.
