The Sports Illustrated 2006 College Football Preview issue is on newsstands now with the Longhorns featured as one of six regional covers, including Ohio State, Notre Dame, LSU, USC and West Virginia.
The magazine rates Texas third in its Top 20, just behind Ohio State and Notre Dame. The cover includes OT Justin Blalock, RB Jamaal Charles and OG Kasey Studdard.
