Fans will also have the ability to purchase merchandise in-venue via the Texas Longhorns Mobile Shop and via the Texas Longhorns mobile app.
Text on Gameday
A service offered by Texas Athletics on gamedays allows fans to reach stadium operations staff through a simple text message. By texting 737-41-HORNS (737-414-6767), patrons may report a seat problem, security issue or health concern, as well as impending fan disturbances.
Ticket Resolution
If you have any ticketing issues on gameday, you may visit the Gate 8 Box Office beginning 4 hours prior to kickoff. Texas Athletics will also provide an area to support mobile ticketing questions at Gate 25 and Gate 32.
Gate 1: Non-Football recruits gate
Gate 8: General ticket issues and mobile ticket support
Gate 25: UT Student Gate (for UT Students who are Big Ticket with Football holders)
Gate 25: General ticket issues and mobile ticket support
Gate 32: UT Football Player Guest and Visiting Team
Gate 32: General ticket issues and mobile ticket support
Parking resolution is handled at Gate 8 on gameday. Due to limited vehicular access to campus on gamedays, fans must use their Texas Football gameday parking permits to access designated lots or park in available public parking off campus. Parking is not available on San Jacinto Blvd. A drop-off zone is located at MLK Blvd. and San Jacinto Blvd. if needed. Fans are encouraged to pick up parking prior to gameday at the Athletic Ticket Office located North Endzone near The Frank Denius Family University of Texas Athletics Hall of Fame.
Weapons
No weapons of any kind are permitted in DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium, in Moncrief-Neuhaus Athletics Center, or in any designated UT venue. This policy does not include weapons used by off-duty law enforcement officers.
The Campus Carry law (SB 11) does not pertain to sporting events on campus. No weapons of any kind are permitted in Texas Athletics sporting events. For full details on Campus Carry, visit https://campuscarry.utexas.edu/.
