Sustainability: Bleed Orange™, Live Green
Recycling and composting containers are located throughout the stadium and in all suite and club areas. Texas Athletics thanks you in advance for your participation in Bleed Orange.™ Live Green. BOLG is a program sponsored by Texas Disposal Systems, Coca-Cola and Texas Athletics. The program was established in 1996 and has been recognized locally, regionally and nationally. Both sponsors play a significant role towards the success of the program. It begins with Coca-Cola’s commitment to use a recyclable stadium cup and concludes with Texas Disposal Systems’ collection and environmentally-conscious removal of the materials. Texas Athletics strives to achieve our goal of making DKR-Texas Memorial Stadium a Zero Waste facility by 2022. Please participate by placing your plastic bottles, cups, and aluminum cans, in the recycling containers and by placing any cardboard, paper, or food waste in the composting containers located throughout the facilities.
