BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) -- Brittainey Raven scored 13 points to help No. 11 Texas beat host Florida Atlantic 87-38 on Sunday in the championship game of the FAU Thanksgiving Classic.
Kathleen Nash and Carla Cortijo each added 12 points and Erika Arriaran and Yvonne Anderson had 10 points for Texas (7-0), which improved on its best start since 2003-04.
Carla Stubbs led Florida Atlantic (3-3) with 10 points. Teri Stamps and Breana Turner each added six points for the Owls.
The Longhorns had 31 points off turnovers.
