Bank of America launches banking options for Longhorns fans

AUSTIN, Texas -- In response to fans' deep-rooted passion for University of Texas Athletics, Bank of America today announced the availability of Texas Longhorns banking, an exclusive new suite of personal banking products for students, alumni and fans.
To celebrate the launch of Texas Longhorns banking, Bank of America invites fans and customers to its Austin banking center at I-35 and Parmer Lane on Saturday, June 21, from 10 a.m. to noon for an autograph signing session with UT Football head coach Mack Brown. Bank of America is an official corporate sponsor of UT Athletics and supports the Longhorn Sports Network, a division of IMG College, the multimedia rights representative for Longhorns sports programs.

Fans may sign up for Texas Longhorns banking at more than 5,700 Bank of America banking centers, at select home UT Athletics events, or online at . They also may learn about the many product features and financial benefits associated with Texas Longhorns banking, including:
- Visa-branded check card and MasterCard-branded credit card
- Special benefits associated with Bank of America's popular Keep the Change savings program that automatically rounds check card purchases up to the nearest whole dollar and transfers the difference from the customer's checking account into their Bank of America savings account '
- For each new checking account and for each check card purchase, Bank of America makes a contribution to the Texas Exes alumni association
