POST-MEET QUOTES
Texas head coach Kim Brackin
"I'm really happy with our freshmen. They swam well, and from the morning to the evening session, they showed consistency, and that's the theme of this year. In the 100 breaststroke, it was nice to see everyone race with confidence and keep the momentum building. It's a long season, and that was a nice way for those girls to start out. I asked the team to step up tonight and fill the holes we had, and they did that. I'm impressed with that, and they did that better than I thought they would. We set a great tone in the first two sessions of this meet."
