Hey Longhorn fans,
As you all know, we are in Yvonne Anderson's hometown of Columbia, Mo., for tonight's game against the Tigers. We have just four regular-season games left, and not only does each game count, but so does every single minute and every single possession.
We flew into Columbia last night, and upon arriving, Yvonne's family was kind enough to invite us over to their house. You may or may not know that Yvonne's dad is the Mizzou men's basketball head coach (Mike Anderson), but last night, he was just Yvonne's dad to all of us.
The chef, Mrs. Anderson, did a great job of cooking a southern-style meal for the team, coaches, managers and staff. The food was delicious! We had chicken, catfish, green beans, cornbread and chocolate chip cookies to top off the meal. It was nice to have a home cooked meal on the road and enjoy some family time.
Well, that's about all from Columbia. It was great spending time with the Anderson family, but now it's time to get back to business.
