Assistant coach Steve Sisson
On the performance of the team: I feel like our girls have had a solid season they're in a position where they're continuing to improve but for every up there's got to be a down and today I didn't feel like we had the kind of day we needed to be competitive in our conference. The Big 12 is a very competitive league and if you blink then someone is going to come and do better. We still believe that we are a top 20 team in the country and we have a group of girls that are going to fight back and go into our region meet very focused, driven and ready to compete.
