Women's Tennis notches six wins on day two at UNLV Fall Invitational

LAS VEGAS -- Highlighted by a doubles main draw semifinal win from sophomore Aeriel Ellis and freshman Elizabeth Begley, Texas notched six singles and doubles victories on day two of the UNLV Fall Invitational.
Ellis and Begley defeated Illinois' Amy Allin and Annie McCarthy by an 8-3 count in the semifinals of the main doubles draw and will take on UNLV's Aleksandra Josifoska and Nives Pavlovic in Sunday's finals.
Junior Amanda Craddock notched a 6-0, 6-4 win over UNLV's Pavlovic in the semifinals of singles flight two to set up a finals meeting Sunday with teammate Cierra Gaytan-Leach, who defeated teammate Maya Zein-El-Abdin in the other flight two semifinal, 6-2, 6-2.
Craddock and senior Caroline Larsson won their semifinal match in the second doubles flight and will take on UNLV's Adrienn Hidvegi and Lucia Batta in Sunday's final.
