Notes at a Glance
- Wednesday's contest marks the eighth meeting between Texas and North Carolina. It is the second game of a four-year home-and-home series between the two programs. UT has won four of the last five contests against the Tar Heels and holds a 4-3 in the series that dates back to the 1992-93 season.
