Rowing concludes competition at Princeton Chase

Longhorns place among the top-15 in the open 4+.
PRINCETON, N.J. – Texas wrapped up a busy weekend of racing Sunday afternoon at the Princeton Chase, a nearly three-mile race on Princeton's Lake Carnegie.
The Longhorns collected their top finish of the regatta from their first varsity four boat, which placed 14th in the 29-entry event. The boat featuring coxswain Kenna Harris, stroke Katie Trovato, Sara Walton, Victoria Bujala and Rachel Smith placed 14th in 17 minutes, 50.738 seconds.
Texas began its race weekend Saturday at the Head of the Colorado on Lady Bird Lake, where UT's varsity and novice squads claimed one win apiece.
Texas closes out its fall season next weekend at the two-day (Nov. 2-3) Head of the Hooch in Chattanooga, Tenn.
