AUSTIN, Texas – Texas junior Emma Ivory-Ganja led a quartet of Longhorns in the women's three-meter diving finals and won the event Thursday on day one of the UT Diving Invitational at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Center.

Ivory-Ganja used a strong pair of closing dives to earn the win. The UCLA transfer totaled 67.5 points with her forward, two-and-a-half somersault with one twist and finished strong with her inward, two-and-a-half somersault.
UT's Murphy Bromberg took fifth place overall with 331.10 points while Meghan Houston placed fifth with 319.80 points.
The UT women resume competition Friday with the one-meter diving preliminary round at 11 a.m. CT. The finals are set for 5 p.m. CT.
