Tucker named AFC Special Teams Player of the Month

Former Longhorn went 7 of 7 on field goals in November
After connecting on all seven of his field goal attempts last month, former Texas and current Baltimore Ravens place-kicker Justin Tucker on Thursday was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Month.
Tucker also booted more than 70 percent of his kickoffs for touchbacks in November, and had a season-long 55-yard field goal in a Monday night win at New Orleans on Nov. 24.
The 2013 Pro Bowler picked up the second Player of the Month award in his career, having also won it in November of 2013. Additionally, Tucker was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week in Week 3 this season.
In 12 games this season, Tucker has made 25 of 28 field goals (89.3) percent. Fifty of his 70 kickoffs (71.4%) have gone for touchbacks.
