MEET INFORMATION
The University of Texas at Austin will serve as host to the 2015 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field West Preliminary Round on Thursday, May 28 through Saturday, May 30. The three days of competition take place at Mike A. Myers Stadium and feature some of the nation's premier student-athletes. Qualifying individuals advance to the 2015 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon on June 10-13.
Gates at Myers Stadium open at 10:30 a.m. each day of competition. Merchandise is available for purchase from the booths located on the east and west sides of Myers Stadium. This year's program is available only in digital form and can be found at NCAA.com/DIOutdoorTFRegionals. Concessions are available on the east concourse of Myers Stadium. Cash only. FORMAT
Athletes who rank among the top 48 in their respective event earn berths into the NCAA West Preliminary Round. The best 24 relay times also advanced to NCAA prelims. Athletes with the top 12 times/marks and the best 12 relay teams at both the East and West prelims will qualify for the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, June 10-13. There is no decathlon or heptathlon competition at the NCAA preliminary rounds. The top 24 decathlon and heptathlon marks in the nation earn an automatic berth to the NCAAs.
TICKET INFORMATION
All-meet tickets for the 2015 NCAA Division I Track and Field West Preliminary Round are on sale. Tickets are available for all three days of competition. All seats are general admission. Will call orders via the phone or internet may be picked up at any gate beginning on Thursday, May 28. Other pickups would be available at the Gate 4 Will Call window. Tickets may be purchased online at TexasSports.com or by calling (512) 471-3333. ![]()

• Youth (17 and under)/Senior: $25
Single Day Tickets
• Adult: $15
• College Student (with valid student ID): $10
• Youth (17 and under)/Senior: $10
• Single day meet tickets go on sale May 28, 2015.
• Children 2 years old and under admitted free.

PARKING
A number of garages and lots are within walking distance of Mike A. Myers Stadium. Parking rates are $12 with no in and out privileges. Manor Garage (MAG), located on the west side of Myers Stadium, is the closest facility. Patrons may also utilize Lot 80 after 3 p.m. Friday. Lots 38 and 39 are available after 4 p.m. Friday. Lots 35, 37, 38, 39, 103, 104, 110, 113 and all garages are available on Saturday. Click here to view a campus parking map. All parking rules and fees are administered by UT Parking & Transportation Services. Neither UT Athletics nor the NCAA controls University parking procedures. You may choose to pre-purchase multi-day parking at a discounted rate at Click and Park. Team buses are allowed to drop off teams along the curb of Clyde Littlefield Dr. between Robert Dedman Dr. and Red River St. A limited amount of bus parking is available on the southbound curbline of Red River Street, between Clyde Littlefield and Robert Dedman Dr. The bus lane will be marked by traffic cones. Overnight parking is not available.

MEDIA INFORMATION
Credentials
A credential is issued to an individual from a media outlet or participating school for the sole purpose of providing venue access for a working function. The Bearer acknowledges receipt and review of, and agrees to be bound by, the conditions stated by the NCAA and The University of Texas. The credential is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time without cause. Any unauthorized use of the credential or violation of its terms may subject the Bearer and/or the assigning news organization to ejection from the venue, revocation of the credential and denial of access to University of Texas venues in the future.
Videography
Television stations and other videographers will be able to shoot the entire event at the designated photo locations in Mike A. Myers Stadium, though there are stipulations for usage under the NCAA's digital rights agreement. Footage shot by television stations may be shown over the air. However, should any media outlet, website or participating school wish to post footage online, it may need to have it licensed through T3Media.
