Higgs and Hosey set to play in Jordan Brand Classic

BROOKLYN, N.Y. -- Texas Women's Basketball signees Lashann Higgs (Round Rock, Texas) and Jordan Hosey (Pearland, Texas) will play in the prestigious Jordan Brand Classic on Friday (2:30 p.m. Central, ESPN3).
Now in its 14th year, the Jordan Brand Classic will showcase the top boys, girls and international basketball players at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. It is the first year the Jordan Brand Classic has hosted a Girls Game, which features the top 24 high school players in the country.
A total of three Texas signees will be represented at the Jordan Brand Classic. Higgs and Hosey join Texas Men's Basketball signee Eric Davis, who will play in the Boys Game on Friday (7 p.m. Central, ESPN2).
