Men's Tennis collects three titles in Midland and Houston

Freshman Harrison Scott wins main singles draw at the Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational in Midland.
AUSTIN, Texas – Texas freshman Harrison Scott won his first singles title, and the Longhorns won two additional tournament draws Sunday in tournaments in Midland and Houston.
Competing in his first collegiate event, Scott (Calgary, Alberta) collected his first tournament trophy and won the main singles draw at the Racquet Club Collegiate Invitational in Midland. Scott posted a 7-5, 6-3 win over TCU's Trevor Johnson to complete a perfect 5-0 start to his collegiate career.
Senior Michael Riechmann won the "C" singles draw at the Rice Invitational in his native Houston. Riechmann defeated Army's Kyle Barnes by a 7-5, 6-4 count in the final.
Senior Nick Naumann and redshirt freshman Julian Zlobinsky teamed up to win the main doubles draw at Rice. The Texas tandem handed Tulane's Sebastian Rey and Chi-Shan Jao a 6-2 defeat in the final.
