Volleyball hosts NCAA Division I Volleyball First and Second Rounds on Dec. 2-3

Texas Volleyball will make its 33rd NCAA tournament appearance this week when it hosts the first and second rounds at Gregory Gym on Friday, Dec. 2 and Saturday, Dec. 3. Texas (22-4, 14-2) earned the No. 4 overall seed and will play UT Rio Grande Valley at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. On the other side of the bracket, Texas A&M will face Southern Methodist University at 4:30 p.m. at Gregory Gym. The winners of the two matches will meet on Saturday, Dec. 3 at 7 p.m. The winner of the Austin sub-regional will advance to host the regional semifinal on Friday, Dec. 9. The NCAA "Final Four" will take place in Columbus, Ohio.

6:30 p.m. at Gregory Gym
- Starting at 5:30 p.m., the first 100 students to arrive at Gregory Gym receive FREE admission to the match! (Please note this is an NCAA Championship event. The Big Ticket cannot be used for admission.)
Saturday, Dec. 3 - NCAA Championship Second Round
Gregory Gym at 7 p.m.
- If No. 4 Volleyball wins their NCAA First Round match, they face the winner of the SMU vs. Texas A&M first-round match and play in the NCAA Second Round.
- Starting at 6 p.m., the first 100 students to arrive at Gregory Gym receive FREE admission to the match! (Please note this is an NCAA Championship event. The Big Ticket cannot be used for admission.)
